They were great. The kitchen and bath sink drains share the same pipe so after 60+ years that pipe had aprox 1/8th inch hole and water wasn't flowing well at all.
They went under the house, cut out the bad section and replace it in just a few hours. I'm sure the cost was way less than one of the huge pluming companies we see ads for on TV.

This is our 2nd review but it has bee a few years, We use this company for our home plumbing needs but had some backed up toilets at our business. I called and about 2 hours later they came out, found the problem, snaked the area and 5 minutes later, no more flooding toilets :).

We shut off all of our valves, checked the outside meter and sure enough the ticker was still moving. We feared the worse and suspected an underground pipe leak (since we had previously encountered this expensive mishap before and had to file a homeowner's claim).
After reading the positive reviews for Pro Drain I decided to give them a call. I immediately reached Jessie who said that he would be happy to come out to the house the next day.
When he showed up, he instructed me to shut off all the valves and then showed me where the two main valve controls were for the house (I had no idea these existed). He closed the one entering the house and the meter was still moving which indicated it was not a leak inside the house.
He then shut off the valve that controlled our sprinklers and sure enough the meter stopped. Apparently the problem was a broken sprinkler pipe in our front yard (as it turns out a much easier and cheaper repair).

We had a houseful of guests all day on Sunday - big family, big family gathering that lasted all day long. And then several overnight guests.
On Tuesday morning, my wife looked out the window and saw water flooding our driveway. When I jumped up and went outside to look, it wasn't water.
It was sewage overflow. Fortunately the cleanout was outside, so no sewage was in the house! Also fortunate, our guests were on a day trip, so we could take care of this quietly.
I called Pro Drain, and they were out within 45 minutes. The snaked the cleanout in both directions (house and driveway), cleared the clog, and then cleaned up the mess.

I had a clogged kitchen sink that had started leaking in a kitchen wall. Scary stuff.

I finally have a plumber for life, been searching for years. STOP! Don't look anywhere else! This is hands down the BEST plumbing experience I have ever had.
My sinks were backing up, then my bathtubs and I figured while I was out of town my husband would call a plumber. I was wrong! I found Pro Drain on yelp of course and I saw that they were closing in an hour so I didn't expect same day service.
Willy answered right away and I asked for a quote over the phone then asked how soon they could come out. Would you believe me if I told you they were at my house in 10 minutes?! Just so happens they were just finishing up a job not too far from my place, talk about GREAT SERVICE! Zach and Cesar showed up and were super polite, they not only walked us through what they were doing, they also gave me tips on how to keep them from coming back.
I have never been more impressed with a company before, usually other companies will just clear your line and leave and wait for the next call in a couple months to snake the drain again. These guys were GREAT!!! So do yourself a favor and give them a call! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I didn't get past the phone call as the person who answered the call was very rude.
I asked if they were able to fix my issue at hand, in the middle of me explaining he rudely asked my name, then asked for my business name. Told him it was a residential call.
He very rudely asked my name, gave it to him and then mocked it. No way to conduct business, so I just told him I would call someone else and I hung up.

After some troubleshooting, they were able to find that it was just from some old caulking around the fixtures that needed to be replaced. No charge, and on their way.
To my surprise hours later, my main sewer line was backing up into my yard. I called Willie, and 10 minutes later Cesar and Zach were back at my house.
