I really liked Jam the handyman. Joseph was able to come out the very same day and took care of jobs that I had thought I'd have to hire 3 different types of workers.

He did plumbing on a toilet where the water stopped filling yesterday. Didn't expect to get it fixed this quick.

? He listened to my concern about the size of the screen gauge. There are biting mosquito type gnats called "no see ums" that can fit through regular sized screen doors.

So you need a screen that is 20 by 20 or 30 by 30. The higher the number means a tighter weave.

The regular 15 by 15 isn't good enough to keep out "no see ums." I got bit up last summer probably from living near a lake. He showed me the receipts for each thing he bought and even deducted one that he had to return.

Gave an estimate up front for labor and another for materials. We discussed other projects that he took measurements for.

He was very reasonably priced. He's taking new customers.

He's new at being a handyman and looking for new customers but not new to knowing what he's doing. I am so pleased to finally have found a wonderful handyman.

Joseph, AKA Jam the handyman , was here for the first time today. I had two projects for him which consisted of replacing my kitchen faucet and replacing a toilet seat.

He was amazing. Got here promptly even a few minutes early, very friendly and professional.

My kitchen faucet, the new one that I purchased, had an issue once it was stalled that I never thought about. The side handle was up against the dishwasher drain that was on the granite countertop next to the faucet and the garbage disposal button.

That was my fault for not considering that when I bought the faucet but it never entered my mind as my old faucet had the handle on top. Anyway, Joseph said he could switch the garbage disposal button and the dishwasher drain but had to go get a new pipe at home depot.

So he did that and came back and finished the job . He also had to create an outlet for the bathroom and found a way to work around an issue so he wouldn't have to take apart the drywall.

Everything came out perfectly and I am so thankful for him. I would recommend him to anyone that has any type of handyman issue in their home.
