My plumber Anthony Zaldana found the root problem for the whole thing- The previous contractor who did the repiping done a horrible job, that's why the same leak happened over and over again. So Anthony did repiping for me, it was a long project.

Thank you for the service! I had work done on a HOA property. The roots were pretty thick that they couldn't hydrojet it even.

I ended having to replace the branch line to the main line. Short story, they couldn't find the exact spot and they overcharged me for work they said they would do, like longshoring because my connection was 12 feet deep (they didn't even do the longshoring but was in the quote).

They did a pipe blast which I think probably didn't need but they said I need from their initial assessment. The job cost was 25k-27k.

We were stuck with using them, but I would seriously consider a smaller company first. Most companies can do these job, so go with less overhead company.

They also in my opinion push for replacing your line with liners or pipe blasting if they see any roots. So, be careful.

I called City Plumbing and Frances jumped right on getting Luis out to our house to look at the water heater. It turned out to be a tripped breaker, and bless his heart, Luis did not look at me like I was a looney lady for calling him out for this simple fix.

He asked me about whether we had been instructed upon installation about maintenance and filters for the unit. We had not, so I went ahead and authorized the service and installation of the filter system.

Everything was done by early evening. The professionalism is tremendous.

Put City Plumbing and Rooter at the top of your plumbing list! I called All City Plumbing because my usual vendor was not available and it was a simple clogged drain in a bathroom sink to clear. I had made an attempt to clear it myself but after removing the trap to get to the clog I was unable to clear it.

Their price was a little higher than typical but they were able to come out on my schedule so I booked it. Thomas showed up timely and was able to clear the drain in quick order.

When I booked the call I told the person that I needed the trap re-installed once cleared and to ensure there would be no leak upon completion. I have had trouble before with different plumbers where a fixture would leak after the drain is cleared so I always ensure that this would not happen again.

Thomas re-installed the trap and went on his merry way. Unfortunately almost immediately I noticed the trap was leaking.

I called the company back to have them back out to eliminate the leak. Instead of coming out and fixing it the person decided to tell me they were refunding my money and not returning.

Saying the plumber should not have touched the job if the trap was off when he arrived. Interesting statement since I told them up front when making the appt.

that the trap was removed and needed to be re-installed without leaking. Now two days later I contact the company to ensure my refund is on its way only to be called back and told they are not refunding my money.

They completed half the job they were given by clearing the drain. They did not re-install the trap in a professional non-leaking manner.

If re-installing the trap was going to be a problem for them, they should have declined the job both at the time of scheduling it and or when the plumber showed up and saw it removed and parts cleaned. I had a second company come out yesterday and re-install the trap.

It is not leaking! I paid for their service. I should be entitled to the refund I was promised.

I will be pursuing all avenues to get my refund. In the meantime I felt it important that others be warned not to use this company! This is a company you need to steer clear of.

They quoted me between $3500 - $4500 to put a camera down the drain to see where the issue was and very emphatically told me I had a busted pipe. They were wrong! Another plumber came out and snaked the overflow and put a camera down their for $295.

Flooded the sewer line with water to find the blockage then refused to fix it saying our warranty didn't cover the work (which it did) The service man who was not dressed professionally at all started arguing with my wife, yelled at her and was very disrespectful and stormed off and left.

Meanwhile our tubs were now backed up with raw sewage. I wouldn't recommend calling these guys under any circumstance.

The plumbers themselves are knowledgeable, courteous, and on time. I called Speed Drain, and told the person my maintenance worker had used a 35 ft.

snake for the clogged kitchen sink, but it didn't correct the problem. The apartment is above a parking area, and drains down into the main drain (at least 60 feet, or more).

So, the plumber they send will need a longer snake (at least 100 feet). I had to wait until the early afternoon.

When the plumber arrived, he only had a 40 ft. snake, which of course didn't work.

He told me he could return the next morning around 10:00 am, with a longer snake. So, one day wasted.

Then, later, the person to whom I first spoke with, called me and said no one would be able to return until late in the afternoon, the next day (another wasted day?). I don't think so.

I told her to forget it and I'll call someone who is more competent to handle the job more professionally. I called another plumber who took care off the problem, having the correct tools for the job, and handled it in less than 2 hours.

He was keenly aware of our dissatisfaction with that move so he said, "Don't worry, I will bring the machine in to wet-vac all this up." He brought the machine in and vacuumed up just a little bit of the sewage and was ready to leave us with the rest of the mess that HE made! Definitely recommend! The morning started with water building up in my ceiling (a bathroom on top of a living room in a two-story home), which I first saw at 6 a.m. on a Tuesday morning.

Thinking about any professional plumbing service that would come to mind, I called Adeedo (for whatever reason it came up later as JW Heating and Air) at about 7 a.m. They said they would have a plumber out between 8 a.m.

and 10 a.m. There was no mention of a service charge.

The plumber arrived. I never got a call when the plumber arrived, but a Text message, with an agent asking if I can let them.

I told them I never got a call. They said they called.

I later found that AT&T, my cellphone provider, listed them as spam. That should have been a sign.

I went outside to greet the plumber and let him in. He looked at the ceiling, sagging with water and all, and said that it would be a $250 service charge...which would be dropped if I went with their service.

I had an emergency service needed, and I didn't have time or the patience to think about the ridiculous service charge, or their failure to mention it--I maybe would have called Downey Plumbing or another reputable plumber instead with a less steep cost of entry. Whatever.

The plumber set up his ladder and cleaning area, and knocks a hole in the sagging ceiling, water spills out. He proceeds to knock a bigger hole in the wall so he could look into the ceiling.

Reasonable. He peeps his head into the newfound hole in the ceiling and says my drainage pipe is busted and the wood is ruined.

And they would need to tear out the ceiling and wall. And proceeded to tell me about two options.

One for $8,000 and another for $13,000. I said "you can see all that damage from up there?" he assured me that was the case, and asked if I would like to start service.

I told him I'd think it over. I told him I'd pay the service charge.

He started to open up the camera app on his phone and said he will charge me later. I demanded he charge me now because I didn't feel comfortable with him having a picture on my credit card on my phone.

He charged my card, took his ladder and left. I took my ladder and flashlight from my garage, which he obviously didn't know I had, and looked up there.

I could not see a single pipe in there. I called a local plumber friend who was available much later because the water leak seemed to have stopped earlier.

After some troubleshooting, and him confirming there was no drainage pipe in my ceiling, we found that the water spout in my bathroom was leaking into the wall. It just needed to be replaced.

at $40 tip (even less with a lower quality spout). I would in no way recommended this company.

The consultant they sent out, who was unable to do more work than to just break open a ceiling, lied. I will never hire Adeedo or any of their affiliates for any work for my house ever.

I understand that bigger plumbers have a higher cost, but lying about damage to get $8,000 or $13,000 in work is ridiculous. And if you do go with this company, I'd suggest at the minimum to get a second opinion to ensure the damage they talked about is legitimate.

Adeedo sent Min Ukani to help with troublesome leaks underneath our kitchen sink. He was professional, thorough and offered to return if the problem continued.

Adedoo is extremely expensive. Compared to other companies their fees are off the charts.

A simple phone call to other companies will allow you to see this for yourself. Needed to make my yearly Heating/Air appointment and Miya was very helpful!! They had my account without me having to give any information.

Set up appointment quickly. First time I called Adeedo and the guy wanted $15,000 to fix the problem.

I called another plumber and he charged me $300 and fixed the problem within 1 hour. 2nd time tried to give them another chance and they wanted $650 to send a camera into the pipes.

I said no and called another plumber he fixed the clogged toilet and checked the other bathrooms for $250. Adeedo is a rip off! Adeedo technician Julio Vasquez did a geeat job helping me with replacing a broken screw cap on my plumbing drain clean out that broke off.

A portion of the screw cap had come off and the rest of it was jammed in. Julio was able to go ahead and remove the remainder of the cap that was stuck and provide me with a new cap.

In addition, he was able to snake my existing drain line which gave me peace of mind. Julio was courteous and took the time to explain the fix for me.

I would recommend Adeedo Services anytime. Make sure to ask for Julio.

Adeedont just dont. I had sewage backing out of the downstairs bathroom.

they convinced me it was the line going out to the city and would be 9k. it has been over a week and they left my house in the condition in the attached photos.

No contact or explanation for the last 2 days, except for their billing department demanding payment when my house looks like this. After starting the excavation, they then said there was a clog at the toilet area and would need another 6.5k with their sewer camera.

this was entirely backwards, assuming it is even true. I just had them snake the toilet area to minimize my exposure to this company.

They broke the gas line and water line. No explanation or discussion.

I found out when gas company showed up at the house. I may have to pay the gas company too.

Needed for someone from Adeedo to come check my water pump for toilet. They estimated 12 pm -2 pm.

Surprisingly, Juan Gonzalez came at 11:15 am. Great service, nice, respectful, very helpful.

So polite and made sure everything was working good before leaving. Never have I experienced better service from a technician/contractor.

Our plumber Maffryn was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about all things plumbing. He was quickly able to diagnose the situation and fix it.

I was finally able to cancel my membership after several calls made to the company. I had the heating/AC tech (Devin, the tech I trusted) over and checked my AC system.

I still trust him because he was honest and transparent. He talked me into giving Adeedo/Service of Champions another chance to join their membership and to make sure the right workers come to service my home needs.

I joined again and paid for a year of membership instead of monthly fee. I have a low pressure water.

Russell the plumber came. He had a little smirk on his face when I told him that the last plumber was going to make me pay over $1,700 for regulator I didn't need since it was new.

And all I needed was a washer to replace the leaky faucet. Now this Russell put a bypass on my drinking water system from LifeSource Company and told me the machine was bad and he could sell me their equipment to solve the problem.

It would cost me $6,200 and problem solved. I told him I'd contact LifeSource to check it out since it's under warranty.

LifeSource tech came two days later and it turned out that my old regulator now actually needs to be replaced and VOILLA!!!! I have great water and it only costed me $495. Again Adeedo/Service of Champions plumber stokes again.

I will not use their service for plumbing. I DO MOT TRUST their PLUMBERS.

So now, what do I do? The membership gives you heating/AC maintenance service & plumbing service 2x a year but I CAN NOT let their plumbers come and try to "rob" me. I called the center to speak with their supervisor and was told he would call me back.

We WILL SEE!!!!!!!!!! A huge thank you to Adeedo plumbing for taking good care of my dad in his 80s. He has used Adeedo before and likes them.

His washing machine stopped draining water and instead of calling me for help he wanted to be independent and decided to call a plumber. Adeedo was honest and showed integrity by explaining that it didn't sound like a plumbing problem and so they would not come out.

I appreciate that they didn't just charge my dad for what they knew would be a wasted trip. Unfortunately, he didn't hear them suggest an appliance repair and he still didn't call me.

He called a rotor rooter type place that was happy to charge him a house call fee to tell him in person what Adeedo told him for free over the phone. So thank you to a company with good values.

They were incredibly professional from the moment I answered the door. They brought in some heavy packages that we had outside our door - totally unnecessary but very much appreciated.

They were actually replacing two water chillers that had run their course, and the job ended up being much quicker than expected. Much to my surprise and pleasure, Min offered to drop the price by nearly 30%.

Another thing they didn't need to do. I have been a loyal customer of this particular Adeedo for 25 years, back when it was called a totally different company.

When Adeedo took over I was nervous that I'd lose that professional element (shoe coverings put on right away, and super friendly technicians, etc.) They picked up right where the former company left off. And Min and Gibson are a perfect representation of their company's standards.

Now I know who to call if I experience a leak or plumbing issues again. We had Adeedo come to the house for a check up as a part of a maintenance package we HAD (cancelled as of today) with JW Plumbing, Heating and Air.

The rep told us that we had a gas leak and we'd need to fully replace parts and that we'd also need to install a seismic shut off valve. As soon as he told us this, we suddenly smelled gas that we'd never smelled before.

We were nervous. Overall, we were quoted $3,700 and told it was "a deal that his boss approved." Again, we were nervous, because it's a gas leak, but just to be sure, we had a guy come by that was recommended by a neighbor, to give us a second opinion.

He tightened one nut and the very, very minor gas leak was fixed. He is installing the seismic valve (which we don't need, but is good to have for safety purposes) for a few hundred dollars.

So instead of paying $3,700, we're paying a couple hundred bucks. This predatory, fear-based sales technique is offensive.

I've spent my whole day dealing with this now. Again, never smelled the gas until today.

I'll start with the wonderfully friendly dispatcher who made me feel at ease about a scary situation. She told me she would send her best person out and it felt sincere when she said it.

Min our technician came out quicker than expected. He showed us what he was doing and kindly answered questions.

I'm doing a whole diy front yard reno and decided to sledge hammer in a metal post and water started exuding everywhere nonstop. Thankfully Adee do came through.

Adeedo is amazing! I was having issues getting hot water & they sent a team over right away! Min & Nico were able to fix my issue & get my hot water working within minutes! They were so kind and helpful. They are definitely my go to for all my plumbing needs! Thank you again!!! Contacted Adeedo during an emergency leak which forced me to cut off the water at my home.

Min came out at 8pm about an hour and a half after I contacted Adeedo and fixed my hot water valve in ~10 minutes. He also took note of the fact that I was installing a dishwasher and would need a two-way valve instead of the old one way valve that I had before.

Good contractors are hard to find and although this was a stressful situation Min took control of the situation and was able to quickly save the night. Both valves look and function better than before.

10/10 would recommend. Ask for Min! Min was great, friendly, fast! Overall awesome service.

I was pleased to deal with a professional and responsive team member during the scheduling process. I've been a Abeedo/JW member for about 2 or 3 years now and have home repair projects through them over the past few years.

They are always basically on the higher end of costs to do projects (even with the discount you get from being a member), but the quality you get is absolutely unparalleled to anywhere else. They 100% ensure that things are done right and don't leave until the job is done.

These guys are a team. Joseph comes out, reviews everything and gets a quote.

Efrain comes out to evaluate/affirm Josesph's estimates, sign the contract and manage the laborers. And if they get stuck on a problem (plumbing) - they have this big hitter, Kyle, who just shows up and knows how to fix it.

They just finished a project for me yesterday. They installed a reverse osmosis water filter, pressure regulator with new ball valve, removed a corroded cast iron main line and replaced a laundry line to with 1.5" & crap slope to 2" with proper slope.

On the finishing checkup, Efren came in klutch when he told me to let the filter fill up after an once they fill up let it complete drain for approximately 15 mins and let the filter fill up again. I literally didn't have to do anything, I was able to work through with the 2 day project even though my home office is right next to the kitchen.

The install instructions for the water filter (that I had bought) skipped an important step for a proper install. And the whole crew basically showed up at the end of the day to help figure it out (see pic).

And of course they did. They're reputation is super important to them and they have a heavy focus on making sure you're happy.

You pay what you get for... And they gave me a great warranty, so 5 / 5 for quality.

We called this company for a minor leak in my shower. The technician talked for an hour and I simply asked for the price.

He then went out to his car for another hour to "provide us with proposals." He came back into our house and quoted us for three different proposals: one for $5.5k, one for $6.5k and one for $7k. I told him to get out of my house.

I called a subsequent plumber who came and fixed the minor shower leak for $400. Do not use this company.

Or use this company if you want them to fraudulently up charge you an obscene amount of money for a minor leak. I can't believe this company is still in business.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

I called, and they sent Yony and Omar . The two guys are very professional and clean looking.

They used the camera to check for obstruction, and they said all clean and they did not charge me a penny. Honest guys...

These guys are good, and very professional. I called to snake a drain that was slow after receiving their $53 drain cleaning and inspection coupon in the mail.

Effren took one look at my drain and told me it didn't need to be snaked; the stopper just needed to be adjusted. He reached under the drain, adjusted the stopper, and presto it was clear! It only took a few minutes so he said it was no charge.

Thanks Effren! I also asked them service my HVAC (with their $77 AC Tune-Up coupon). Abel showed up on time and did a great job on that too.

Rich did a great job sneaking the drain. Didn't charge anything because they came 3 hours late.

Over a year later and neither has Erika the owner or anyone reach out to me to even apologize for their lack of Communication. She answered all my questions. My wife and I have two little ones (both under 2-years-old) and our water heater died the day before New Year's Eve.

We called Adeedo at 3:00pm to ask if anyone could help and were told that they'd do their best. Min and Nico showed up and managed to replace our water heater while we were at dinner with my in-laws.

Well done! Will was incredibly kind, helpful and efficient in helping to schedule a service provider for the same day. Joseph, our plumber, arrived early, was clear in his recommendations, thoroughly discussed all options with us, and answered all of our questions.

Quality work and a great value overall. We will certainly use Adeedo again.

At 4:01 pm I received a message that the plumber Josh (Plumbing Supervisor) was 45 minutes away so I did not start dinner. I continued to wait for 3 hours until 7 pm.

It was a NO SHOW! My family waited for nothing! Very unprofessional. Not acceptable.

No excuses. BAD SERVICE.

If the pluming supervisor can't get it together I definitely question the entire company! In response to company comment: An acceptance of fault and an apology would be the professional thing to do. Not just "wonder how" I fell through the cracks.

I probably fell through the cracks because you HAVE cracks that you need to fix. I am not calling for an appointment at this time because I am still upset about the situation.

She went through my past service records and offered me the best deal and date for my heating and air conditioning service. This made me very happy! Good job, Miya! I have had my HVAC system checked and serviced with many companies and technicians over the years; and have not had the best experiences so far.

That has changed after having had Freddy Aguilar with Service Champions come in to perform testing and maintenance of my system. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.

He really took the time to examine, test, and clean every component of my system as well as showing me where the issues were and providing a thorough explanation of everything. I am extremely happy with the level of service I received and will definitely be a customer going forward.

I have not had any service yet but really appreciate good customer service at the starting point .It truly matters and Will is great. Our water heater went out and we called their service.

Min , responded right away and he came within the time frame promised. Min brought and installed a new water heater.

He gave us recommendations as to the work to be done. Although the price was much higher than expected , Min guaranteed his work , insured that everything will be up to spec and with the appropriate permits included.

The work was done professionally , on time as promised, premises and garage were cleaned , he moved everything back . The bonus was he fixed our toilet for free which required various components changed , and absolutely did all the work even reinstalling and calking the toilet.

We are 100% happy and would absolutely recommend Adeedoo's "Min"technician and plumber. He was knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy.

If I could put a negative # of stars, I would. Out of nowhere 3 days ago my kitchen sink would not drain.

I tried plunging it but had no luck. Next I tried the old Baking soda plus vinegar solution followed by boiled water.

Still no luck. Last ditch effort with Liquid Plumber.

No luck. So yesterday I call this company with their $63 Drain Cleaning special and is if can't clear it, we won't charge you.

The technician was very nice and polite. He said that he snaked the line 40 ft but the line would not clear.

Then he crawled under my house and took some videos & pictures which supposedly showed some leaking pipes under my kitchen. He said that my pipes are old and are probably rusted on the inside and full of gunk and that the only solution is replacement.

I asked if he would snake it again and he said he would. He called out his field supervisor who showed up a half hour later and declared that we needed to replace a section of pipe and gave me an estimate of $6700.

I repeat $6700. So you know what I did next.

I thanked them and said we would "sleep on it." The next day I made a couple of calls and managed to find the number of another plumber I had used many years before. Although he was not available, he referred me to someone else that came out today, snaked our line about 15-20 ft and cleared the line.

He also went under the house and could not find any leaks under my kitchen or the adjacent bathroom. I have found my plumber for the rest of my life and it's not ADEEDO.

I find this obvious attempt to UPSELL us on an unnecessary repair abhorrent and disgusting. Shame on you.

I requested to do their furnace service tune-up and professional cleaning special offer since I wanted our a/c/heating unit maintenance. I was able to get scheduled the next day.

Our maintenance service technician was Freddy, who was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, very honest and thorough during the service/inspection and explanation of the outcome of his inspection. I would highly recommend them and I was very happy with their service.

As part of our regular service schedule, he came and patiently checked each of our fixtures, giving advice on problems that may arise down the road. We have some pretty "hard" water and we're starting to see some sediment accumulation.

Joseph cleaned out the hose leading to a bathroom faucet? where, due to sediment, the water flow had reduced to a dribble. He then gave some good advice about potential solutions wdown the road without a hard upsell on filtration devices.

Adeedo is the Best!!! I give them 10 stars I'm giving a two because they sent somebody out right away according to my schedule, the tech was friendly, and I was not charged for the service call, which was regarding a leaking water heater. The tech looked stumped about the size of the water heater, which is 75 gallons, and expressed that it was a pretty big deal to change out.

He discussed with me how complicated it was of a job and then, like a car salesman, went to his van for a private conversation with a supervisor, coming back with an unwritten quote of $10,000! My other bids were about $4000 on the high side and even lower. Nobody felt it was a complicated job at all.

I was already leery of this company as, when I made the appointment, they offered me a free main sewer line inspection, which has nothing to do with the issue at hand, and which just seemed like a way to dig up more business. I think this company is great.

I needed a hot water tap fixed right away. They arrived on time and analyzed the problem right away.

David was very professional and got the job done very quickly. I mean I was surprised when he said job done.

It was so fast as compared to other plumbers I've had do work in my home. And David replaced a fixture that had been put in by those losers, The Twins.

They had put in a fixture 3 years ago and it had already failed. Thank you David for doing such a good job! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! These people are scumbags who tried to take advantage of my mother.

She is a senior citizen who lives alone, very kind and trusting. A prime target for scammers like these jerks who tried to rip her off in a big way! She called them for a toilet problem and was told the toilet would need to be replaced.

They made her sign a contract obligating her to have them do this work. For $1600! That is outrageous for such a quick, simple job.

But it gets worse. They ran a camera through the pipes and had someone go under the house.

They ended up telling her there were leaking and cracked pipes and a smell of gas. They told her all of the gas lines in the house would need to be replaced.

For $22000!!! Thank God that large of a number scared her enough to call me and we were able to tell her to get rid of them. We arranged for a second opinion and even went under the house ourselves to check on the smell of gas.

There was no smell of gas and after having someone else look at it, they found no leaks, no cracked pipes, and no smell of gas. They flat out LIED to my mom and tried to get THOUSANDS of dollars out of her for work that was not needed.

I don't know how they sleep at night, preying on senior citizens like this. It's disgusting!! I needed a drain clearing in my shower so I called them.

They send these ads and offers to promote their business and that is why I chose them. They scheduled me for a time block from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and I thought that's a pretty fast response time (it was 10 AM.) I immediately received a text letting me know that my appointment is from 12 noon to 2 PM.

First, I didn't think it is a big deal even though it was different from what their representative booked on the phone. At around 1:15 PM, I got another text that they are running late so they will be at my place from 2 - 4 PM.

I canceled because I figured they just wanted to get the appointment and then push me to the end of the day making me sit and wait for them all day whereas if they had originally gave me an honest answer, I would have been able to go after my other daily activities and meet the technician at the end of the day at 4 PM.
