They also made a great call to replace flange they noticed wasn't looking so good when they did a toilet pull & reset. We had a toilet leak before due to blown flange wax ring so having them catch this and doing repairs now was a sense of relief preventing potential leak in future.

The "expert tech" they sent was a 2 year rookie and said I needed a new toilet. During the toilet installation, he announced there was an extra $1350 charge to repair a flange, but I was under no obligation to do it.
(But there would be no warranty, and the toilet might leak.) The price was reduced to $1000, still very steep, and job was completed with a very sloppy caulking job. Another tech of 10 years experience had to redo the caulking job.
When he checked on the flange, it had not been done correctly, and he had to redo that too. Buyer beware! JustinTime Plumbing will send anyone, trained or not so well trained, and still overcharge for the service.
They work for profit only, and the customer is at their mercy. Lifesavers!!! I love these guys.

Thank you very much to Liz for efficient and professional customer service! Tyler arrived at my home right on time and quickly unclogged the kitchen sink. Since he was already at my home, I asked Tyler to check the rest of the plumbing in my home, as a routine matter.
In so doing, we discovered a suspicious water leak outside of my front entrance, but not inside of my home. It was definitely a water leak, and the leak appeared to be coming from an unknown source, somewhere inside of my home.
To determine the actual cause of the water leak, Tyler entered the crawl space and began to check various pipes underneath my home. In so doing, he found the water leak was coming from an old iron pipe located behind a wall in my home.
The 15-foot old iron pipe was probably 35-years-old. After finding the cause of the water leak, Tyler called a second plumber (Jack) for additional assistance to remove the long iron pipe from behind the entire length of the wall.
The 15-foot long pipe had a huge vertical crack running its entire length. Yikes, I didn't even know there was a pipe behind the wall! In its place, Tyler and Steve installed a new ABS pipe.
After installing the new ABS pipe, they cleaned up the work area, and made sure the new pipe was working properly before leaving my home. Thank you very much to Tyler and Jack for professional plumbing services! Our toilets at took a dump, literally.

I wish they were a part of my home warranty group. A few times I had to call JustinTime to fix things the other plumbers the warranty company sent over.
They really take the time to do things right. They don't rush it which often leads to poor results.
I've only had great experiences with them and trust them. The water bill for the most recent cycle showed 5x higher usage than typical for our place.
After asking a couple of friends, they suspect that we may have a slab leak. We first called a couple other plumbers, once of them who helped is re-line our plumbing for quotes for slab leak detection (turns out this particular plumber quoted us the highest by far for this service).
JustinTime was the 3rd plumber we called. Well, we haven't had a chance to have JustinTime come on-site for any reason yet.
However, over the phone, Elizabeth gave us a few suggestions on what to first look into for the suspected slab leak at our place before asking them, or any other plumber, to pay us a visit and ultimately charge us. Elizabeth / JustinTime could've easily not educated us, book an appointment, come out, and charge us for slab leak detection (at a low price similar to a couple other recommended plumbers too) and we wouldn't have known any better.
But it's rare, especially for a plumber, to turn away jobs without any interest to educate. So for now, 5 stars for their integrity.
They're at the top of my list of plumbers to seek out next time. Used JustinTime twice now & will continue using them for all our plumbing needs.

Casey of JustinTime Plumbing did an excellent job fixing our slow-running shower drain today. And, surprise surprise it was not caused by hair clogging the drain.
He showed us video of a soapy substance clogging the drain, and I believe it was because I was using a product that was supposed to glaze my hair after shampooing it and apparently it does not dissolve very well. I am never touching the stuff again.
I have used this company many times in the past and they arrive when they say they will and do a great job every time. Brock with JustinTime came out on a Sunday with short notice.
I reached out at 8am and booked the 10a-12p window almost immediately. Brock showed up at 11am, introduced himself and went straight to work.
I told him my kid just fell asleep so he was careful about minimizing his noise. He also had shoe sleeves for when he was inside the house.
The job was probably relatively easy - just a kitchen drain that needed to be snaked to clear some grease/junk from the holidays - but Brock went the extra mile and decided it would be best for me (and future service techs) if he installed a cleanout under the sink as well. This probably doubled his time and messed with his busy schedule, but he did it quickly, professionally, and thoroughly.
Everything about his work was professional - from the way he spoke/communicated, to the canvas tarp he put down, the extra towels he brought, and even the way he disassembled and reassembled my plumbing (garbage disposal, RO water, P-trap, etc.) The entire experience felt professional, yet approachable. Pricing/rates were fair/reasonable.

It turns out my builder framed my upstairs around the water heater and we were going to have to remove a wall to get it out. Enter team #2.
