We found a leak in our garage on a Saturday and called places all over the area. Giovanni picked up and right away was so kind, attentive, and on it! They were able to send someone later that day at EXACTLY the time window they said! Matthew was our guy and was so awesome to work with.

He was not only very communicative and professional, but also friendly and reassuring. He inspected and noted it was a hot water slab leak and sent their leak detection team as soon as they could schedule it to find exactly where the leak was coming from under the concrete.

It happens that one of my cats was in the bathroom. I decided to open up one sink and found nothing.

But couldn't get the p trap back together. I called happy flush to get it fixed.

When I called they answered the phone right away. Got me scheduled immediately.

Carlos came by and took a look. We moved forward on fixing the sink.

Then, on the outside chance the ring got knocked down the other drain I had him open that p trap as well. Low and behold...the ring was there!! Carlos SAVES the day!! Not only did they fix everything but they found something very important to me and my wife.

Geo repaired the leaky pipe under my kitchen sink. I would highly recommend Happy Flushin Plumbing! We had an issue with our hose bib and outdoor water valves.

When we called they were very responsive and were able to get to us in a very timely manner same day! Giovanni did great work very quickly and was super helpful. Since becoming a homeowner I have consistently had problems with plumbing due to roots clogging my mainline, I was becoming very frustrated with the inconvenience my family had to deal with every so often.

Superb! I hate to write this type of review but I think it will benefit others. Finding the right person for the job has been difficult in itself.

I called to schedule a leak detection which they told me that's what they specialize in. I specifically asked if they would open the walls to find the leak as I already had an idea that it might be necessary.

The guy said yea but only as a last resort after other tests. The guy came out and did a pressure test which came out fine.

Then he was going to open the wall in which I had an issue. Went to his truck then came back saying he didn't have the tools because he had been in an accident a few weeks back and it wasn't the truck he normally drives.

This didn't really make a whole lot of sense to me as opening up walls is normal in trying to find a leak and I had also asked that when I spoke to him before I scheduled him. He asked if he could come back tomorrow at 1pm; I agreed.

The next day, like an hour before he's supposed to arrive he sends me a text apologizing saying he won't be able to make it because his kid had accident and he is currently in the ER with him. He asked to reschedule for either the following day or the day after that.

Of course I said that was fine, we rescheduled to two days from the original visit. I asked if it could be in the morning if possible.

Didn't hear back from him that day. The next day I asked to confirm the time for our appointment.

Didn't hear back from him and hasn't reached back out since. I tried to be flexible given the circumstances but he just either did not know how to do a leak detection or did not care to help me.

Either way this is very unprofessional and he wasted my time. I would not recommend this business.

It didn't make sense to me, so we called our plumber, Ton'y's Plumbing. I explain the problem to Angie, and how we cannot find any water leaking anywhere and she says you need to call Josh at Rapid Quality Leak Detection.

I was a bit concerned because I did hear from him that day, but found out he was really, really busy. We talked the next day and set up a date for him to come out with his leak detecting gear.

After using all the leak detecting "toys", no leak was found, but Josh hung in like a true professional and by turning of toilets, he finally determined that the toilet was the culprit, not the sink, not the shower. He said there was most likely a leak in the wax toilet fitting (there was) and that Tony's Plumbing would handle that.

Really happy with Rapid Quality! They were awesome and helped us figure out where the leak was coming from even on a weekend. Very responsive and would use again in a heartbeat -- although I hope we don't have to!! My water bill came in the mail and noticed I have a water bill 4 times higher than my previous 2 months.

I walked the house and yard, I didn't notice any water anywhere so I called a plumber, he checked all around too and he said it's possibly a "slab leak" and told me to call a leak detector so he didn't have to break open different areas to try and find leak. I didn't know that there was such thing as a "leak detector." Anyway, I looked on Yelp and found a few companies and this guy was available the next morning.

Josh came out the next morning took out some inspection camera thing and scanned the floors and found a hot area in the kitchen under refrigerator. Once he figured out the area he tracked the pipes under the bathroom floor and then started listening to that area and brought out some tape and marked the spot.

I didn't understand how he came for an hour used his equipment, marked the spot where the leak is. The next day plumber came and broke the floor where he marked and there was a pinhole in that exact spot.

Great at explaining the problem and recommending next steps. We had a maddening leak characterized by water continuously leaking into the gutter from the drain, and the meter moving even when everything in the house was off.

We had our plumber, our landscape guy and our pool guy inspect and search and they could not identify the leak. Josh came out and in his initial inspection, we thought he identified the leak, as being associated with the pool fill apparatus.

We turned off the pool fill and the meter stopped moving, so we thought we were done. After he left, we noticed that the effluent was still emitting from the drain pipe, albeit a little more slowly.

And the meter was still moving, only very slowly. About one digit every minute or so.

So Josh came back out and pressure tested the input with toilets off, sinks off, appliances off, still couldn't find the leak. Then he inspected the property for moisture and couldn't find anything.

Then the last step was to bypass the water treatment system. We hadn't done that before, because the water treatment system was tight and dry.

But as it turned out, the system had corroded (20 years old) and was leaking into the drainage overflow for the system. We bypassed the system and the problem was solved.

He went above and beyond and didn't charge extra for the multiple visits. Has all the tools and does diligent work.

Nice fellow to boot. Highly recommended.

A *GREAT* job! This was an amazing experience. I've worked with various trade and craft over the years, and this was one of the best experiences I've ever had.

I needed to have both plumbing and gas work done, and on Monday had asked several plumbers here on Yelp if they could help. While all of them responded in that same day, Mike from FineFix Plumbing and Rooter responded within ten minutes, and was willing to come by that same evening after I finished work.

Very helpful and friendly, Mike looked at what I needed to have done -- and sent me a written estimate just moments after he left. The work was clearly described, and the price was *very* reasonable! Tuesday morning, I asked how soon he could do this work, and he was willing to do it that same day! I wasn't able to do that, but Mike was flexible enough to be able to do it on Wednesday.

He told me the time he would be there... ...

I requested a quote on yelp and he got me a price quote in less than 3 minutes. He also even offered same day service.

After fixing the toilet, he tested it numerous times to make sure it was done right. I can tell by how he worked he was a perfectionist.
