yes I can talk about a cute restaurant or yummy food all day but honest services are just as important. Juan ( IMO) is one of the few honest and reasonably priced plumbers out there.

I've used him on three different occasions and each time he was responsive and reasonably priced. He's a hard worker as well as a great communicator and I can't rave about him enough.

I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. I would attach photos but I don't feel like you need to see photos of my new shower head, clean toilet or my water heater....

He then soldered a female threaded connector to the end of the cut pipe so he could attached a new spicket with a male threaded connection. This will make it a DIY job in the future if I ever needed to replace that spicket again.

I have pipe wrenches at home for DIY jobs, but I don't have a torch or know the first thing about removing a soldered joint nor soldering on a new piece. Juan shared with me some helpful hints that I will use in the future.

Thank you Pablo and Edgar! The company I work for, Aids Healthcare Foundation has had Pablo and Edgar on call for a few years now, and they are ABSOLUTELY RELIABLE AND GET WORK DONE! To make it short, we have at least 5 hotels (each with at least 200 units) with OLD plumbing, and tenants that destroy property. Therefore, my job is to send those plumbing work orders to these guys.

I send them at least 10 tickets a day for each location (not including emergencies and weekends), and they always send before and after pictures, and give updates. Which is super helpful since I have to close work orders.

I work with many construction vendors, and these guys are one of the most pleasant to work with! Very rarely have they missed work orders, but its understandable when we give them so much work. And when we remind them about it, they get it done that same day.

To explain their work, we have many city inspectors visiting our buildings because of the tenants we have, and their work has never had a violation. And I'm not talking about a replaced toilet, I'm talking about pipes being replaced from the lobby to the 5th floor, and no violation! Literally, everything on their "Services Offered" has been done multiple times at our locations.

Got nothin' but compliments for One Way Rooter Services. We were shopping around for quotes and they were so quick to respond with a great price! They were able to come on the same day to fix our clogged sink that has been filled with rotten water for days.

This company respond right away the inquiry I send, we decided to call basically for the 5 star ratings, he said $95 to run the drain snake, he show up in time, ended up our problem was bigger than expected, Pablo gave an estimate that included replace a piece of pipe behind the wall, all the pipes under the sink, replace the bathtub pipe under the house, install a drain cleanout, and check the pipe line with the camera, all this for $1700, he came with 2 employees the following day to do the job, spend 2 hours and half, then discover the main pipe that goes to the street was either blocked or collapsed, he gave an estimate of $6000 for that job, he told us he finished what he came to do, and we paid him, after he left we check and realized he didn't install the drain cleanout and the invoice he gave us he included that, and they didn't put drywall to cover were they had cut the pipe behind the wall, we call him and he schedule another appointment to come and fixed the wall, and regarding the drain cleanout he says there is no use to install it under the house since we need to replace the main pipe that goes out to the street, he'll install it outside, however we got charge for it, and when we mention the charge all he refund was $100. Meaning he charge $1600 just to replace pipe, run the drain snake and the camera, we were going to recommend him to a family member, now we'll look for someone else.

I definitely will not recommend this company. I really appreciate honesty and a job well done, specially if people is very detailed, which these people failed at doing.

Alex and Jose showed up promptly at 11, got to work, and did a fantastic job. The valve was tricky, and they needed to move my dryer to get access.

They charged me for this, but even so the total price was still in line with other plumbers who couldn't come for a week, and probably would have also increased their price when they realized that it was hard to access. Overall I'm very happy with them.

Contacted local plumbing services and Alex responded quickly and listened to my issue. As he went to investigate the problem under the house, he detected moisture by the main drain pipe.

Via his camera, he acknowledged that there were cracks on the old pipe which caused leakage and if not repaired, it would cause major problems. He provided me the quote for repairs (it was really out of my budget) but it had to be done.

However, a few hours before the visit they tried to convince me again that I should replace the entire disposal. Charles is the best! I needed some last minute ASAP plumbing help when my garbage disposal suddenly wouldn't come on. I spoke to Charles who walked me through how to do the repair myself.

Turns out all I had to do is hit the reset button under the garbage disposal. THANK YOU CHARLES! The initial installation of the replacement garbage disposal went well, but after the plumber had left a leak developed from one of the PVC pipes that had been reattached to the disposal.

I contacted the Garbage Disposal Paramedics as soon as I found the leak(later that same day) and advised them of the leak. They weren't able send anyone that day, but arrangements were made to send another plumber out the next morning.

When that plumber arrived he verified that there was a leak and after removing the pipe and cleaning off some of the threads on the pipes fitting the leak ceased after the pipe was reattached. This work was done at no additional charge.
