The first two experiences were stellar - but the third took the cake. Doug had "tenant proofed " a rental we had and came to our new home to change out some faucets and showers.

I had been noticing moisture on the garage floor. I did not know where it was coming from until we had a plumber assigned by the home warranty come out to diagnose.

The home warranty told me because it involved cutting into plywood - they would not help us. I called Doug and he responded quickly.

In short order he had the wall cut open, straight lines so the plywood could be put back, and the pipe replaced. It was cast iron and very heavy.

Doug is always meticulous and God Fearing - which is rare in today's day and age. He works as if it were his home and only does what is necessary, never over selling.

There are a lot of "hack plumbers" in the world and if any tell you they charge by the job and not hourly plus parts, be weary. Doug is a straight line plumber and works with conviction.

After sending him a picture of my shower he told me the labor + parts cost for the repair......so we made the appointment.

Came out quickly, and did a thorough and professional job! Tyler was great - and fixed an issue that 2 previous plumbers we have used could not I always expect to get hustled when I call a plumber, so after looking up plumbers in Yelp, I decided to give these guys a shot. Doug showed up to install a dishwasher, I gotta say I was very pleased with him.

There ended up being issues after the installation with a clogged pipe that he could not have foreseen. After calling him few days later, he told me a few ideas to check out and basically walked me through the process.

He said he could come out by asked why when really I could do this myself and save a few bucks. He was more interested in helping me out than coming out and making a quick buck.

So I was very pleased with that. About a month later, my water heater started to leak.

You would never go wrong with Doug. Most recently we called Doug to unclog the drains in our backyard, after another plummer told us basically that we would have to follow the drains to the front of the house - that would require concrete to be broken up.

I called about an issue with a gas pipe that had been placed prior to us purchasing our home. It had been run to the rear of our home to what used to be a gas grill that we no longer wanted.

Had a problem with my water heater not working and Doug walked me through fixing it over the phone!!! What can I say? I live in a condo with the water heater downstairs. Instead of setting an appointment for him to check it out (and obviously charging me), he had me take pictures of my water heater and send them to him for his review.

Turns out that I have a blower on top of my water heater and due to the recent heat wave, the GFI simply popped, which caused the blower to not function which caused the water heater to not work. I reset the GFI and now all is well! I can't begin to thank Doug enough for his professionalism and honesty regarding today's dilemma.

I called Clearwater Plumbing about low water pressure in our house. The owner was not able to come out because of a memorial service he was attending that day.

That didn't stop him from coming to our aid and walking me through troubleshooting the problem by phone. I followed his steps and he was able to correctly diagnose the problem (hard water deposits in the sink/shower head filters).

First he systematically checked the pressure at the house, with and without the water pressure valve and then the various sinks. We now have great water pressure again after following his steps by phone.

And, we now have a plumber we can call when needed! I think he should consider adding a side business of plumbing by phone!! Only there was no charge for this one. .

A girlfriend recommended this company so I called. (Water heater pilot wouldn't stay lit.) Doug asked me questions and gave me the remedy right over the phone without even knowing me! He went to a wholesaler and bought the part I needed before even coming to my house! He came exactly when he said he would and it took him about 20 minutes to install the new mechanism! He even gave me the idea to call American Standard to have them send me the same part for free (I paid Doug for the one he bought) as the heater was still under warranty.

I called Doug to ask if he did any sprinkler repairs. He wasn't available to talk so I left a voicemail for him.

Very pleasantly surprise. Sent him pictures of the fixtures I had purchased for both our showers.

I had to bring them back as I bought Moen, and the fixtures I needed were Price Pfister. Once I had the right ones, Doug came over and installed both sets.

Due to years of grease buildup and 30 palm tree roots making their way into our pipes, our situation was bad. David and his team approached the issue in phases in order to break through the massive clogs.

They had so many tools at their disposal to try. From various size snakes, chemicals to break down the buildup and roots, chain knockers, cameras, hydro jetting.

You name it, they have it! They accessed the clog from so many angles and wouldn't give up! These guys are the best! Had problems with outside leak and called them because my neighbor had used them and was very pleased. Looking for a great plumber, great prices, a quick response time, AND a plumber you can TRUST then Premier 1 is the company for you. After calling Thursday afternoon for an appointment to detect an outside water leak they were there the next morning.

The leak was found within a half an hour (I live on almost half an acre), and because it was a simple repair they said it was part of their free estimate! I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

On the phone itself by describing the problem, they suggested what is likely the problem enabling me to fix by myself and for one they suggested the kitchen garbage disposer needs to be periodically replaced when I was reporting a leak at garbage disposer bottom, quoted the amount, came at prompt time, replaced in 30 minutes, examined another problem going down under the crawl space to check a pipe leak and water leaks; gave recommendations.

Called them for a quote on fixing a toilet which kept flushing and also to fix a broken angle stop for the same toilet. The guys were polite but the quote they gave me was complete highway robbery and the hard sell was definitely over the top.

To fix the toilet, I knew it probably just needed a new fill valve and flapper. They told me because I had a Toto toilet, it would be better to replace the entire toilet because the repair would be too expensive.

To this I balked and asked for an estimate. They quoted me $285 for a new fill valve and flapper.

They then quoted me an additional $250 for the new angle stop. I told them I needed to think about it and do research.

I ended up replacing the fill valve and flapper myself with authentic Toto parts from Amazon and Lowes for a total of $40 dollars and fixed the problem myself. Wouldn't call these guys back.

Paying a 7x markup on parts and labor for a job which takes a novice like me 15 minutes is outrageous. And trying to convince me to replace my entire toilet was just dishonest.

This was my first experience with Premiere 1 and when I use them again I can only hope we get 'Famous' David! Jose was beyond phenomenal! We had a blinking emergency and they not only found the cause of the issue but fixed it promptly and definitely! They had to replace the main sewer line and install a clean out. We had gone a full day with no showers or flushable toilets, so they cleared that for us in the meantime for convenience.

They were all very polite, clean, and professional. I wanted to change out one of our bathroom faucets, but when I went to turn the water off, I got the dreaded "knob turns and water doesn't turn off" problem for both vales.

Having never changed a shutoff valve before, I came to Yelp to get a few estimates. I talked to Premier 1 Plumbing first, and got estimates for both changing the two valves for this one faucet, and for changing all the valves in the house, thinking if two went bad, they're all going to be bad because they're all probably the original valves from the 90s.

After talking with several options, I decided to come back to Premier 1 because their not only was their estimate one of the best, but also they were very helpful and spent a lot of time answering my questions. I decided to have all the valves in the house replaced, and bought a few 5-packs of 1/4 turn vales which were what they recommended.

I FINALLY get a chance to sit down and give a review on Premier 1 Plumbing. I met Kevin back in April of last year we needed a camera inspection in our new purchased home.

We already knew our house had a sewer issue. And the realtor gave us the plumber they used, but they started off really bad with us.

Keep in mind I know drain and sewer lines are very expensive!! So we hold it off until we couldn't anymore. I contacted Plumbing by JJ on a Sunday morning because I've discovered there's a small leak at my water main line. Francisco responded very quickly and came out within the hour to assess my situation.

Which made sense because if there was an ongoing leak then the usage would be consistently high. I used draino, a plugger and a hand snake, those methods would not improve the drainage . The hand snake was getting stopped at the original cast iron p-trap in the crawl space.

Had some water leakage under my bathroom sink after trying to install a faucet ourselves. It was late so this was an emergency since the water kept on leaking.

Francisco came out and replace the two shutoff valves for us. The space was tight but he was able to manage and got the valves back up and running for us.

I contacted them for an estimate to replace a gas valve. Francisco arrived and provided a reasonable price.

He changed the valve quickly. Good work! Received an outrageous estimate but not sure if the person didn't understand what I needed or if he was gouging like all businesses are doing right now.

I want to support small businesses but they make it impossible. Our water main burst in the backyard and water seeped into the neighbors yard.

JJ and his crew arrived within 45 mins, located the pipe and replaced the broken section within a few hours. Their work is fast, clean, and reasonably priced Francisco came right on time and repaired a sink which was draining very slowly, fixed our ice maker line and installed a new touchless Kohler kitchen faucet.

We had to go to the Kohler website to troubleshoot why the sensor was not turning the water on and off with a wave of the hand. After much adjusting under the sink I read that the sensor may have debris on it and to wash it off.

That is what it was. Now it works perfectly.

Francisco was very patient about troubleshooting the problem. He was very reasonably priced.

Miguel replaced the very old (and so, no longer made) separate hot and cold faucets in my shower, with a modern all-in-one faucet. He cut both the shower tile and the wall behind the shower to access the pipes, replaced the old hot and cold water faucets with the new all-in-one faucet, and ran new copper pipes from the new all-in-one to the shower head.

He was experienced and knowledgeable about this type of plumbing work, patiently explained most of what needed to be done in advance (although there was at least one surprise I didn't realize until later), came on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, and charged a reasonable price. What more could anyone ask for in a plumber? :) Fast and courteous service, professional and reasonable pricing, highly recommended for plumbing needs.
