Alex has been a big help in other plumbing jobs around the house, but as he began to repair this drain pipe he realized it was broken and leaking into my crawl space. He immediately called Sarkis and, after some discussion, handed me the phone.
Sarkis introduced himself and said he would be at my house the next day by 1:pm and not to worry. At 12:30 he pulled up and went right to work.
After assessing the job, I asked him about the price and braced myself for the shock. Instead, I was very surprised that it was lower than what I had prepared myself for.

Extremely poor work and terrible customer service! My terrible HOA always hires the lowest quality contractors, but this company is really bad even by their very low standards. And the person who answers the phone refuses to give his name, obviously not proud of his company (and there's no reason to be).
When I told him what their work looked like, he said "no, it's great work" and hung up on me and then blocked my number! Avoid this company at all costs! Had a toilet leak that was coming from the flap. They were quick, fair, and very friendly.
Will def use again! I have been pushing this project for almost two years as I was unable to find a replacement single bowl kitchen sink to match the counter top hole to replace with a double bowl one. Sarkis did an outstanding job to make this new sink installation happen.

Came within an hour of the request (on a Sunday) The pipe in my garden broke early on Sunday morning, and Sarkis from Pride Plumbing came out and fixed the pipe promptly.
