However, the most recent and detailed negative review (October 2024) is a serious outlier that describes significant failures across every dimension: hidden charges of over $2,100 above the agreed price, incorrect installation, damage to engineered hardwood floors, incomplete work, and ultimately being blocked and ghosted by the contractor. A second negative review describes the contractor rudely hanging up on a prospective customer.
