My husband and I had a slab leak and had to do a re-pipe but first a complete dry out so we moved out of the house and started researching about re-piping our entire house. We went from a really high quote from a different plumber to re-pipe one which was on the lower end to Christian's quote which was in the middle, and after consideration, we decided to go with Christian at Emergency Response even though he was a little bit more expensive.

He was very patient and explained everything clearly told us they're all real actual plumbers which is very important! We want people that know what they are doing so we don't ever have to deal with another leak because it's an absolute nightmare and honestly I am so glad we went with them instead of re-pipe one because they did an outstanding job didn't cut any corners. He also realized that the main waterline from the city was leaking into the ground for years and we didn't know so they had to dig a trench and re-pipe that and create a new line he also recommended Flo by Moen, which is a leak detection system that will give us more security to never suffer from a leak again, he said it's what he has in his house and even showed me how to connect with it through my phone.

He systematically eliminated every potential source until he isolated the problem & cut exactly one hole in the ceiling to reveal water spraying from a pinhole leak in a copper cold water pipe...wow! At that point it was pay the $125 service fee for nothing or pay the $365 for the 20-minute job to "retrieve the object." Other plumbers would have likely charged $200 at most. The owners are super nice and very responsive, just felt like the pricing was very steep for the service required with no parts being replaced.

I would give this company at least ten stars!!! I don't have an experience with ERP doing work for me. I contacted them for a quote for a leaky anti-syphon valve.

After viewing a video of the leak they suggested I tighten a nut on the valve and that fixed the problem. They could easily have charged me for a visit then either done the same or charged me $400 for a new valve, but they did the honorable thing instead.

Great company. We had a blocked kitchen sink and ERP was on-site the next morning to fix it.

They were very communicative leading up to the visit via calls and text, including the timing of their arrival. We sent them pictures of the situation in advance of the visit, so they were up to speed upon arrival.

The fix was done in roughly an hour, and the technician was clean, friendly and answered all of our questions. Would definitely use them again! The service tech was on time and very proffesional.

The prices were higher than other companies but they also did provided a camera service to diagnose the cause of the blockage and gave me options for future to fix the problem instead of just unclogging it . You have to realize though they charge $150 just to show up and look and give you a price, this gets applied to the job but obviously if the job is bellow $300-500 then might as well hire them.

Initially that got me upset since I had lower price quotes from other companies but since I had to pay the $150 any ways I was kind of stuck hiring them to do the job. But I was delighted that they did diagnose the cause and gave me options of how to properly address it before it gets clogged again.

We had the joy of a spraying pinhole leak in the wall, and called a number of plumbers for an emergency repair on the weekend as we had to shut down all water to the house. Living that way for any period isn't fun, but Ricky saved the day coming out on Sunday for the repair so we could begin water mitigation ASAP.

When there's something strange in the neighborhood, call the Ghostbusters, and when time is of the essence for your plumbing emergency, call ERP! We called emergency response plumbers as our toilet was actively overflowing with sewage in the middle of the night.

Within an hour they were at our house and snaking our drain from the floor above to unclog the blockage. The next day they came back to try and determine what could have caused the blockage (our house is very new and this was a surprising thing to happen).

After pushing a camera down through the now-clear problem toilet, they found a piece of construction debris blocking the pipe! After much toil and guessing at which cleanouts applied to which lines, the debris was eventually popped out of place and washed away. Throughout the ~8 total hours of service and three separate plumbers, everyone we dealt with was incredibly informative and patient.

It was interesting to see camera footage as the blockage was found and pushed through our system. We are incredibly grateful to Ricky, Mike, and Chris for their hard work :) Extremely quick response time.

I had what I considered to be an emergency late on a Saturday afternoon and Christian came out and resolved everything within 2 hours from first contact. He explained everything, gave some general best practice plumbing tips (not related to the emergency) and was so easy to work with and very accommodating.

Highly recommend ERP! The toilet in our powder room recently got clogged. I contacted Christian from ERP and explained my situation.

He recommended that I try a few things to see if I can resolve the issue myself. I really appreciated his advice and gave it a try.

But unfortunately it did not work so I called him back to schedule an appointment. Richard, one of the techs from ERP came to work on my clog and he was very professional and courteous.

He explained everything he was doing but ultimately we had to use the big cable to clear the clog from the sewage clean out located on the side of my house. Thankfully we didn't have to pull the toilet.

The clog was more challenging than we thought but ultimately it looked like he fixed it and I saw it with my own eyes and agreed. However later that evening I noticed that the water wasn't draining again.

I texted Christian and Richard to let them know and they both insisted they come back out that night to resolve the issue. About 20 minutes later they were both at my house determined to fix the issue.

Home insurance policies may not cover water damage caused by you...! We had a faucet leak in our bathroom. We called Emergency Response Plumbers, and was able to schedule a same-day appointment.

Our assigned plumber is Christian. Even before Christian came, he called us to figure out some details and ensure the appointment will go smoothly.

In particular, he recommended a particular brand of faucet that is most reliable based on his experience with clients. As new homeowners who do not know much about plumbing, we really appreciate his advice.

When Christian arrived, I asked him whether or not he would allow me to observe, so that I can learn some plumbing tricks and try to handle these things myself in the future. I didn't have much hope because this request may slow down his work and reduce his future business.

However, he graciously agreed without hesitation, saying he truly wanted to help. Moreover, at every step of the work, he took the time to explain the motivation and details, making sure I can get the most out of this experience.

This was a unique learning opportunity for me, and I wholeheartedly thank Christian for it. During the repair, we encountered many obstacles due to the house and original faucet being old, but Christian easily and effectively resolved all of them.

The Gas Company shut off our gas because they believed our indoor pipes were leaking and would not turn it back on until we had the problem identified and repaired. After calling 20 plumbers who I thought were closer to me (Laguna Beach) and who didn't answer the phone I called ERP.

They answered my frantic call and were at my house within 45 minutes. They found the problem within 1 hour and gave me a fair quote to repair it (the gas line from the meter to my house under 3 palm trees and 4 feet of hedges).

They sent the entire crew the next day, arriving 10 minutes early and finishing by 8:30pm; they did not stop working the entire time. Job site was immaculate; dirt was piled in garbage cans (which they brought) and not on the driveway, problem was fixed and they left the job site without a trace; literally.

They assured me that I would not know they were there; and they were 100% correct. The Gas Company inspected that night and our gas was on again before we went to bed.

Minus 1 star. They arrived around 8:12 am and my husband let them in to assess the sink situation.

I let my husband know what I expected to be done since I've lived there longer than him. I also told him price range as to what I expected it to cost so he could okay the work without bothering me while I was at the office.

Snaking the drain is essentially punching a whole through the sludge and is only a band-aid to the problem, and it could resurface down the line. If you hydro-jet or flush the pipes, the issue will be resolved longer term.

Anyway, he decided to have them snake the drain. It took them about 2 hours to do since we are on the 2nd floor.

Pricing was a bit higher than what I expected for snaking the drain but inflation sucks for everyone. The guys put on booties when entering the house and kept it as clean as they could.

They unclogged it and now the water runs freely. Let's see how long this lasts before the sink gets clogged again.

By the way, we don't pour fats/oils/food down our sink drains but can't help what little bits accumulate over time. The main drain out is shared with other units which is bothersome and the pipes are done in such a way that every plumber gets frustrated when they come out to my place.

Wanted to give my high recommendation to Jetter pro. This is my second time using them and I am very pleased with their reliability, timeliness and communication.

They replaced our 10 year old tankless water heater with a larger Noritz model and a whole house water filter that required substantial re piping and new valve placements both under and in our home. When one of their new fittings turned out to be defective, they came the next day and replaced it at no extra cost.

Everything was done neatly, on time and on budget and I could not be happier with their service. I called Jetter Pro to come help us figure out why our shower drain was smelling funky.

They were responsive and punctual, helped us determine that there was gunk clogged in the pipes but also that the remodeled pipe work was done incorrectly. They jetted the shower pipes and also checked out our other bathroom and kitchen for other potential issues.

Turned out that we needed our kitchen pipes jetted too due to lots of gunk and oil that was poured down the sink from previous homeowners for years and years! They also flushed our water heater and were very nice, hard working, and cleaned everything up before they left every time. These guys are really at at what they do and will ensure that you're happy with their work.

I had learned a lot about home maintenance from them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They cleared the clog and inspected the line from the house out to the main line. Our house is 40 years old and this line has a lot of build up in it and will need to be water jetted.

I understand that it wasn't their fault that there was a factory defect, but to ask for a ridiculous amount of money to reseat the toilet, which only took me 20 minutes as a complete first timer(and would have honestly probably took them 10-12 minutes as pros, was really upsetting to me as a customer. They could have had better understanding and customer service for a client that they already made good money on.

I was angry enough to give 1 or 2 stars, but I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt since the original problem wasn't their fault, they just missed an oppurtunity to have good customer service. Luciano and Phil make a great team! They are professional and pleasant.

This review is based only on a free estimate that they provided. Two guys came out to provide an estimate for the installation of a water monitor.

Their estimate came out to $400 more than the next highest estimate I received. When I mentioned that it was high, they asked if I had received other quotes, which I had, and said they could maybe knock off a few hundred but it still wouldn't have been competitive.

They also mentioned that they install brass unions, which they claimed are expensive. Looking it up on Home Depot, I see that those are at most like $20 but can go for much less.

Obviously, I passed on these guys. I would strongly recommend comparing their quote with other companies'.

Jetter Pro came to my aid after a new counter and sink install. They responded fast and after arriving at the house checked my plumbing pressure before starting the sink faucet.

Incoming pressure from the street was too high and they were able to correct that before the original job I needed done. My wife called them while I was at work, they took 5 minutes to look at the leaky faucet in my Roman tub and told her that she needed to hire another contractor like a water and restoration company. Which they had a phone number for to come and cut a hole in my tile so that they would have access to replace the whole faucet.

I called another plumber who replaced the 2 valves 30 minutes and fix the leaky faucet for a fraction of what they would have charged. I met Jetter Pro on Yelp and they were responsive and offered a fair price.

PROFESSIONAL GREAT WORK Phil and Luciano responded to an issue I had with water coming up through my master tub when using the sink. They were able to show up to my house within 24 hours and address/resolve the issue in under an hour.

We recently purchased a home that had a patio with drains in the backyard which were installed in the 1990s. I don't think any regular maintenance on those drain lines has ever been done.

After almost 30 years they were very clogged and slow draining creating a potential flooding hazard into the kitchen during a heavy rain. I sent a message through YELP and Phil got back to me right away.

He and Luciano came out the next morning and it turned out to be a bigger job than planned but they were the right guys to get it done. I was hoping to get it done in the original two hour window but I could see they were making great progress and it took another couple hours.

I could hear a gurgling in my tub every time we flushed the toilet and a friend told us that it was probably a partial plug in our main line. They got here and told us that since we do not use that tub anymore, the P-trap dried out, which allowed us to hear the toilets being flushed.

All they had to do was run some water in the tub and no repair was needed. No charge.These guys are honest, professional, prompt, respectful plumbers.

I know nothing about Plumbing so they could have sold me on all sorts of services, but they didn't. Highly recommend.

I have used this company three times in the last year the first was for my kitchen sink being clogged, I called them and told them my sink was backing up, they told me I probably needed a hydrojet cleaning of my pipes.

I figured I could save some money by renting a snake form home depot, they told me that would only be a temp fix. Sure enough two months later it was clogged again, so I had them come out and do the hydrojet cleaning and I have not had an issue since.

The second time my water heater stopped heating the water, I knew it was just a matter of time before it passed away, so I had them come out and replace the water heater along with my laundry water valves, they did an amazing job and I was impressed at how clean they left the workspace I think they actually left my garage cleaner than when they arrived. The third time was for an outdoor kitchen I just setup I need a sink, garbage disposal and electric water heater installed, they came out did the job gave me a few options with what I could do for the piping and let me know the pros and cons of both options.

Because of all the rain we had been having, I assumed that the sound of dripping water was coming from outside. But when it stopped raining, the dripping didn't.

I called my landlord and they gave me Marks number and we made plans for him to come out on a Monday. On Saturday evening the drip became a spray and I had to shut off the main.

Mark was at my front door first thing Sunday morning! I know that he had family plans, and I felt really bad about it, but he carved out time to at least get the problem patched so we could have water until he could return and FIX the problem. The water damage was such that the bathroom needed to be gutted and rebuilt.

They did a very good job replacing a drain in my master bedroom sink ( a bit tricky on a pedestal sink in a 1927 Historic Home). I was pleased to learn Morrow Plumbing can do all MAJOR plumbing jobs that all major large companies do, but is also customer service oriented for smaller jobs as well.

I have my pipes inspected by camera every few years to stay proactive on invasive roots, which I have had problems with in the past. Morrow can do that as well in the future.
