And most Importantly a fix! I was offered either a snake clean or a hydro jet on top, I opted in the hydrojet cleaning as they offer a 1 year warrantee on top.
The job was more difficult than expected as a cast pipe was installed in between 2 PCB for the main outlet, this caused some trouble opening up the cap. Cutting through the wall and Installing a new outlet pipe was required.
The cost definitely piled up unexpectedly more than I would want, but Ryan and Devin were both troopers and put in the extra effort/time on the job! Ultimately in the end, water is draining quick! Philip Ordonez of the Rooter Company was prompt, courteous and professional. He went in and diagnosed the problem with the clogged toilet right away and solved the problem much to our relief.
We are lucky to have Philip to fix our toilet problem and we were won over by his great personality and sense of humor. We are very happy with the results.

On time, reliable, professional, excellent job! I had a backup at the house. There was a clogged line about a month prior which I was able to snake out.
Then it came back. TRC suggested that it would be better to hydroblast it out due to all the buildup of junk.
I mean I was offered a less expensive alternative which was to snake it out again. That service would have been guaranteed for only 30 days.
Well, with the hydroblast it is guaranteed for 90 days so I took it. They went through the roof vent.
They also provided me with a video that showed the cleaning process. They were fast, efficient and friendly.
They didn't try to push anything on me. They just gave me the options and let me decide.
They took care of the clog. Hopefully it won't be back.

We had them come in the next day to clear the clog and to put in a main line clean out (old home).

I went to the folks with the best reviews here to fix that, whatever the problem was - it ended up being a clog due to old corroded pipes that they needed to fix. The Rooter Company had a crew in my house within the hour, and they did an excellent job finding and breaking up the blockage.
The cost was very reasonable. They also made recommendations for some plumbing fixes that would minimize future issues, but it was a very soft sell, which I appreciated.

We had a huge plumbing issue after hours (5:30pm) this past Friday and after unsuccessfully trying 6 different plumbers, I was given the name of The Rooter Company. At this point it was 7:30pm and I called them.
The receptionist was very thorough and took my information and called me back within 5 minutes with an ETA. Our plumber Ryan showed up shortly after and got to working.
He was very professional and knowledgeable. To make a long story short, we had a massive clog and Ryan and his team stayed until 3am to clear the main line and install a clean out.

Another handheld locator showed where the camera stopped at and that marked the spot for descaling. In my case coating was suggested for the old pipes due to leaks.
Although the price was more than expected (initially snaking and descaling; then needed coating) but they work with me to get the job done quickly. Mark called at night (they were at the site) to report there was side line connecting to the pipes and he went ahead to get that descaled as well.
They worked overnight so our office was able to open the next morning! I would use them again for my residence but hopefully don't need to! I had a main sewer replaced as my 1959 year old home has old pipes! Very professional and all the team keeps a smile and explains the whole process. I decided to give the Rooter Co a call and Ryan and Luke were at my front door within 40 minutes- which was quite impressive considering it was New Year's Day! They were very personable and knowledgeable about how to fix my problem; they had my pipes cleaned out from all the tree roots in no time. They thoroughly explained what they were doing, so it was easy to understand.

Ryan offered to come out immediately that night to help us since our water was turned off, but we decided to wait until the morning as it was so late in the evening. The very next morning, Ryan and Devin showed up on time as planned.
