He came to ny house right on time, checked the issues, and even bought for me the required materials from the shop. He came back and finished the job in a short amount of time! I was so impressed w his professionalism, friendliness, punctuality, and the aura that I know he will not cheat on his clients! Also, he quoted me less than I expected.

We met Tai when he came out to give me a bid for repiping our house. Shortly after, we had some issues with our kitchen sink and needed some new pipes.

I reached out to a bunch of plumbers, Tai included and Tai was super responsive and quick. He was able to come out the next day with all the materials and helped us install new pipes.

Tai also pointed out that our sink drain was rusted and it should be replaced. We told him to proceed so he went out, got the parts and came right back to install it for us.

We also had a leak due to previous plumber installing a pipe that was too short and he went ahead and swapped that out for us for a longer one so the leak won't happen again. So far, we've been extremely pleased with Tai's prices and workmanship.

I recommend him for all your plumbing needs. We are looking forward to working with him for repiping our house.

TERRIBLE! I never give reviews unless they are stellar or absolutely one to avoid. TAI WAS SO BAD.

He doesn't know how to replace carbon media in a whole house water filter tank; either that or he is just lazy. He did not use all the carbon media that I bought (he said it wasn't necessary).

He used a wet vac to remove the old carbon media instead of washing out the tank. He did not let the new media settle (I found out you need to let it soak for 2 days...he said I could use my water right away).

I spent the last week with cloudy bad tasting water and SEVERE STOMACH PROBLEMS. I called him and he said it must be the media.

I contacted another plumber who is replacing it the RIGHT WAY (which takes at least 2-3 days). Tai was also rude the entire time...I should have seen the red flags.

He went rummaging in my garage looking for a hose without asking. He asked for a wrench (what plumber would do that!).

He asked for an old towel to clean things up...I only had a bath towel which he CUT UP without asking. He laughed it off saying I wouldn't have been able to use it anyways because it would get dirty.

Not only that, he said he would text me the receipt. I had to bug him for two days for a receipt.

Again, red flag...he should have been able to give me a hardcopy receipt right away (that I would have to sign). DON'T USE HIM TO DEAL WITH WATER SOFTENER/FILTER ISSUES! NEVER AGAIN! Great service! Tai was prompt both on messaging and keeping the appointment.

He was sharp on identify the issue and proceeded to fix the task within a few hours. Thank you so much for the great job.

My parents' water heater broke on Sunday, and I immediately contacted CK plumbing. I've used Tai a few times already, and I was always very happy with his work.

Even though CK plumbing is closed on the weekends, Tai was very responsive. I was able to schedule an appointment for Monday morning.

Tai arrived early and saw the water heater was definitely broken. He left to get a new one and quickly replaced the water heater.

He arrived at my house early and was ready to go! Last night, I went to Lowes and picked up the parts I thought I needed because I know some plumbers have a tendency to upcharge customers on parts. I was pleased when Tai allowed us to use my Lowes parts and after diagnosing the toilet problem, he replaced the tank fill valve and the angle stop (shut off valve) on wall.
