Michael called half hour before our appointment time, then showed up right when he said he would. He looked at my existing plumbing, crawled throughout my attic and then gave me his written estimate.
He thoroughly explained everything included in the estimate along with how long he thought it'd take. EZ Flow wasn't my lowest estimate, but it was Michael's professionalism, expertise and personality that sealed the deal.
On the day of the work, he showed up on time, kept me abreast of his progress and explained what he was doing. At the end of the day, I've got an excellent soft water system (with carbon filter for chlorine) and am very pleased.

Recently I heard a hissing in my walls and called out EZ Flow to check it out, thinking it was a pipe leak. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a major issue and I decided a re-pipe would be the best route as my house is very old and I didn't want to start jack hammering into my foundation.
Brad and Jose both did outstanding work on the re-pipe and in some areas, they went the extra mile to make things look better than they were. Cleaning up the way they did and making things look nice was not something I would have expected.
After the job was completed the drywaller needed some small adjustments made and Brad came out and took care of them, lickety-split. The good news is that this is only the latest in a history of excellent experiences I have had with EZ Flow.

I had the plumbing from the house to the street replaced. Recently, where EZ Flow Plumbing dug to do the work, the dirt collapsed.
I sent an email to have someone come correct the issue "due to the warranty" I was told the work would have. I sent an email on the January 15th and someone finally called me back on the 18th and assured they'll get it fixed.
The person they put me in contact with to fix it was the person that ran the job. When I talked to him, he tried to say that it's not under warranty if there's landscaping.
Lucky for me there's no landscaping. First he told me he'd come look at it, but then I offered to text him a picture.
He said it'd be taken care of. On January 28th, I texted him again to see when someone would be out to fix it "I'll get someone out first of the week to scrap the dirt and level it out ." It is now Thursday of the following week and still nothing has been corrected.

I needed a plumber and called one of the top yelp rated plumbers in my area. He was booked but referred me to EZ Flow.
I had a shower leak that I was very concerned it would require wall surgery to fix but Ian at EZ Flow was intent to get the old pipe out and replaced without needing to open the wall. What I expected to be a super expensive and time consuming job was handled with professionalism and expertise and at a fraction of the cost I imagined spending.
A day later my main sewer connection got clogged from a piece of wood that had gotten stuck in a clean out (Let's just say I need to come up with a better way to hold the pool filter discharge hose to the clean out in the future). Once again, they sent Ian and he came up with an ingenious way to pull the wood out of the pipe without any digging and then snaked the main to quick draining perfection.
Again, fixed at a fraction of what I expected to pay. Needless to say, EZ Flow is now my plumber.

I had a bathroom faucet and water line valves replaced, and did a great job He also checked and adjusted my water pressure for no charge He went over all the options and got the job done quickly Michael was very honest, kind, and explained my toilet issue thoroughly.
I was totally prepared to pay to have one or both toilets snaked out. He didn't feel that would help the problem because my toilets were old.
He gave me an estimate on installing one or two toilets and encouraged me to get other estimates. There was no charge for todays visit.

Had an emergency leak and of all the places I contacted, EZ flow was the quickest one to respond. Helped me fix the leak and call any additional contractors that were needed as it was a bigger mysterious project than original thought.
When the EZ flow plumber fixed the leak however, he didn't seal up the room and all the dry wall dust invaded my room. EZ Flow was great in resolving that issue by sending out cleaners to clean the room in question.
It did take a few days since the cleaners were booked but they were great in helping fix issues I had. Matt explained what was wrong and when fixed explained the difference.
Very courteous and polite. Did a thorough inspection of all water related items.
Advised, but not pushy! Thank you for a great job, Matt. I had replaced a compression angle stop valve under my kitchen sink, but it had a slow leak no matter what I did with it.
Logan came over, determined that the copper tubing was deformed, cut it off, reinstalled the valve with a new compression ring, and got everything working perfectly. He even recommended a couple tools I could buy to make these DIY replacements easier for me in the future.
On top of all that, he did all of this completely free of charge. Couldn't be happier with the service I received! I had used Ez Flow a few years ago and had good and no hassle service from them.
Decided to use them again for a slow drain service of $69. Appointment was easy and tech showed up exactly on time.
The assessed the problem and said yes this qualifies for the $69 drain cleaning service. However, 2 mins in, I was told that I needed a turbo drain flush and that would cost either a $700 for one time or $1200 for a year service.
What?!! I asked that they just perform the $69 drain cleaning only. They also pushed and sold me some Bio-One maintenance product for an additional $69.
I didn't like the hard sell and the outrageous of additional services after being told I was only interested in a drain flush. Tom B.

Would advise anyone who wants something done right, and now, give EZFlow a call Derek, the QA guy, is a scam. He acted like he knows all but in fact he talks all the random numbers and make you feel like you got a good deal.
He will scam to do things & get your money in every possible way. Do not fall into trap and do anything they ask.
I had them to fix the slow draining issue in my master bath. I bought their scams and spent over $1000 but the issue was not fixed.
They came up with another bullshit theory to fix but it would cost more. They said they will provide me the inspection video but they never did.
I hired a different plumber and they got to the solution, gave me estimate and fixed the issue. I am surprised how this company gets high rating.

I used to like EZ Flow, but recently they adopted a new price model where they charge $250 for every item they touch. A minor under sink repair that takes the technician 15 min can cost you $1000.
Until they come back to earth I strongly recommend looking for someone who has a fairer pricing model. Once again EZ Flow Plumbing came through for us.
I had an unknown type water leak in the front yard that would only stop if the main water supply was turned off. Of course my husband was out of town and I didn't know where the main water supply valve is located.
A neighbor helped me with that and then I called EZ Flow. Emily was able get someone scheduled for later today which was great since I had no water.
As it turned out Logan called about 20 minutes later and was able to get to me much sooner than anticipated. He showed up as promised and had the repair done in no time at all.

I had someone help me install it who "knew" what they were doing. Needless to say, they installed it incorrectly, so 2 days later, I took a sawzall to my brand new tub, and spent 3 hours sledgehammering and chiseling out the mortar of the bad install.
I called EZ Flow, and they sent someone it to install the replacement tub for a price that was in line with other quotes, so the pricing was fair. The difference was night and day.
Jake was professional, put me at ease, and did excellent work. The tub was installed correctly, and looks great.

I was not given any pricing or relevant information over the phone. Instead, my phone number was given to one of their plumbers.
I waited for the plumber to call me, and when he did, he said it was $69.00 for a basic drain clean. Then, he proceeded to tell me that it was the weekend, so there would be a weekend cost, which I was already aware of and was willing to pay.
Then, he proceeded to tell me that they had to put a camera down the drain to view the problem. I have dealt with many plumbing companies, and I have never been told that I had to pay for a mandatory camera snaking.
I am an ex-plumber and know the business. This company tries to up-sale every little thing.
But the mandatory camera was over the top! The price went from $69.00 to over $300.00! No thanks. I went to home depot and rented a snake for less than the base $69.00 price! Would not recommend this company.
I had EZ Flow Plumbing out to my house to fix some known issues on my house that I was selling. Greg was the individual that came out and listen to what I wanted fixed and asked if I had the fix list by the inspector.
I did not have this list yet but wanted to be proactive. Greg then explained that there were other things that he saw that would be flagged and needed to be fixed.
I appreciated that help and not having the need to schedule another appointment to fix other items. Greg then wrote an invoice for what I called to be fixed and what he recommended and the needed fixes.
The price difference was negligible, so I decided to do most of the other things on the list. Greg never pressured me to anything that I did not need to do.
Once we settled on what needed to be done, Greg got to work. He systematically went through the house fixing all the needed items including a bathtub that we thought was going to be difficult to find parts for, but thankfully it was an easy fix.
Greg also listened to my questions and showed the parts that I had questions on. While it is never a nice thing to have to call a plumber, I would not hesitate to call EZ Flow Plumbing.
We had EZ Flow out to unclog our kitchen sink and highly recommend them for any plumbing issues/services. They were friendly, on time, professional and very informative.
We will be using them in the future to move some pipes and a drain for a bathroom remodel. After calling another company that wanted to charge a fortune for a new sewer line, I called EZ Flow Plumbing.
They came out the same day and didn't charge to do the camera inspection and estimate. (Another company wanted $250 to use their camera.) EZ Flow verified that the sewer line needed replacing but quoted thousands less than the other company.
And their warranty was much better. Jessie was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me so I understood what the problem was and why the repair was necessary.
I felt confident and had the repair done. It's never fun spending thousands of dollars for a house repair, but I appreciate Jessie and EZ Flow Plumbing and I will call them again if the need arises.

Look no further! We have used EZ Flow Plumbing several times in the last 2 years. In 2018 we remodeled our kitchen and they did all the plumbing reconnect like sink, faucet, garbage disposal and dishwasher.
In 2019 our bath tub faucet was replaced and it was kinda a big job because the wall behind the faucet had to be cut in order to solder the copper pipes. Both repairs were expertly completed!! Today we had a leaky master bath vanity sink repaired.
The tech was Greg Churchill and he was very courteous, assessed the problem and finished the repair in less than 20 minutes. While none of us ever want plumbing issues, I am comforted by the fact that EZ Flow is just a phone call away!! They were easy to book with however would not give any price range as to the expected cost.
How can I wait 24 hours to have a toilet cleared without even knowing what it might possibly cost. It's really disappointing! Have used twice now for outdoor plumbing work.

Steer clear of these people! Gary the plumber was rude, nosy, and totally in competent! I read the reviews and thought they were an honest and decent company. They aren't! I will never let them in my home again!!! They do lousy work! Avoid at all costs!! I have had to call on EZ Flow Plumbing twice in the last year or so and they have always been awesome.
Both times I needed a plumber I thought for sure I would need something that would be associated with a charge and both times I wasn't charged a dime; not even a trip charge. The first time my master bath shower wasn't working and we knew what was wrong with it, but we couldn't figure out how to do it on our own, he came and looked at it and figured it out fast (we felt rather sheepish) and told us how to do it from there and was really easy, so we did do it on our own; and in the same trip he went ahead and looked at our water pressure.
That is a longer story, but to make is short we were offered options and great advice and not charged a dime. More recently, the elbow under our sink fell off in the middle of night and it flooded to the point where we had water damage in the ceiling of our basement and he came and looked at it and tightened the elbow and explained why it probably happened and that the damage done was as simple as letting it dry unless we wanted to repair the asthetics of it (which wasn't that bad either).
But they do have referrals for other contractors that do repair and other work if needed which is also great. Same situation; no charge! :) Both events were two different employees and it looks like they all operate the same and follow the same rules and guidelines financially since neither charged me since there wasn't really anything they could 'do'; but they were still happy to help which is priceless.
So, I am not saying that they are free or advocating free service, I am just saying there was no trip charge and no service fee since there were no parts or tools needed for my particular issues. I would recommend them to anyone!! We contacted this company to get a quote on some needed repairs related to a house inspection for a house sale.
Joshua arrived and gave a quote in person. We talked over the work that he was going to do and the estimate was reasonable: replace P-trap in one bathroom sink, set and seal both toliets, check faucet for repair, and replace tub valves.
Joshua worked hard and had to leave for a bit to get a tool. I appreciate that he didn't talk down to me as we talked about the repairs.
He worked quickly and efficiently. He discovered an issue and offered a high and a low cost solution.
I asked for a middle cost solution and he offered that as well. We went with that since we were selling the house.

I called a different plumber and he did all of it for 400.00. I would not recommend anyone using EZ flow.
Jessie came out to give us an estimate and take a look at a few plumbing issues we were having. Amazing service and no pressure.
Just honest with what we were dealing with having an older house. Refreshing to know that there are people who will actually give you options and not just try to take your money upfront.
I have called on EZ Flow a few times over the years and received great service each time. The techs were always helpful, informative, professional and do excellent work.

If you need plumbing work done, call and ask for Jessie Sage. The guy is super cool and to the point! After posting the review I received a call from the owner of EZ Flow.
He explained to me the the tech had made a mistake and overcharged me. Scott, the owner, said there had been a change in the fee and I should have been only charged $69.
He apologized and told me that he had a meeting with the techs and clarified that the $69 was good unless they went on the roof or pulled a toilet. He immediately refunded the overcharge onto my credit card.
I am very impressed with the company now and will definitely use them in the future. FOLLOWING IS THE ORIGINAL REVIEW.
I called them about the $69 fee to unclog a drain. On the phone they told me that it was $69 unless they had to go on the roof or there were two lines.
I made the appointment for between 11-2. The tech arrived close to 2:00.
He did text earlier and said he would be running close to 2:00. After he looked at the kitchen sink he informed me that it would be $168.
The $69 fee was only if they went though a clean out and the sink was a fixture. It costs $99 more if it went through a fixture.
I didn't want to wait until the next day with another plumber so I said yes. He did an excellent job and cleared the drain.
It did take him close to an hour so I felt I did get my money's worth but $69 is clearly a bait and switch tactic. It left a bad taste.
I have had two great experiences with EZ Flow Plumbing. I found Scott through a friend of mine who owns a Serv-Pro franchise and I called him about a year ago after a competitor of his claimed that our lines had broken in our attic (PEX) because our water softener wasn't working.
I called Scott and told him about our situation and asked him to come out and test our water softener in-case it needed to be repaired. He showed up the next day and tested the water at multiple areas of the house and called me back to not only tell me that my water softer was within specification but also to tell me that there would be no charge for his service call that day.
This was great news to me, since the plumbing company who had been there before and who had actually plumbed our house (Whitton Plumbing) were the ones to tell us that the water conditioner had failed, and were the ones that charged us nearly $500 to cut apart our walls and to fix the repair that had failed from their previous work. Anyway, back to the review of today's work.
I contacted Scott over the weekend and left him a voicemail and he texted me right back to schedule an appointment. I wasn't able to be at the house for the appointment but since they are bonded and insured, this really wasn't an issue.
I received a text message and email from them to let me know when they were to arrive and Scott quickly tested my water and called me back to let me know that my softener had finally failed after 13 years of use. He was quick to develop an estimate and they were there the next day in the morning to replace the system.
The price was very reasonable and they have a longer warranty for both the parts and labor than the big-box stores. The area where they worked was kept clean and I am very satisfied with the work that they performed.
Thanks very much EZ Flow Plumbing! We hired a company prior to contacting EZ Flow Plumbing, that company came ripped out a wall and misdiagnosed a repair needed. Today Logan came out, diagnosed and fixed the problem.
Logan was extremely professional, honest, and thorough. We ended up having Logan complete other plumbing issues other than what he was originally called out for.
I highly recommend this company and will keep the number handy for future needs. We've been using EZ Flow Plumbing for almost 5 years now.
We first used them when we purchased our home and gutted it. The kitchen was down to nothing but concrete slab and walls.
Scott came in and dug a trench from one end of the kitchen to the other because we wanted the sink to be on the opposite side of where it currently was. They've replaced our hot water heater when it flooded our garage, and just recently, J.D.
came out and helped us out when our front yard was flooded. I'm sure they don't have to go into as much detail with my husband, but plumbing talk is a foreign language to me, and they're really kind and patient with explaining things to me and even writing down what they're doing and why so I don't forget.
We will never go to anyone else, and are loyal customers for life! A Yelp search gave us EZ Flow Plumbing, based on their high ratings. They did not disappoint! They came out the very next day after my call and fixed a complex problem in 1 day for a fair price.
Outstanding service, prompt, courteous staff, we would highly recommend EZ Flow. We will absolutely use them for all our plumbing needs going forward.
Scott and I talked last Friday about what our needs were and scheduled a technician at our house 9am Monday morning. Mike was on time and got the work done inside two hours including going to the supply house for parts which came with a three year warranty.

Terry worked nearly all day to figure out the problem in our plumbing system. He was also very courteous to our house guests.
Had a clogged drain. Same day appointment was available, and there was no "emergency" fee.
A competitor had come out and quoted over $200 to unclog the drain. (Guess he needed to pay for all those sons).
EZ Flow charged us $69 and the job was done to our satisfaction with no issues. Technician Justin was friendly and professional.
Jessie came out for a free service consultation. I wanted a second opinion for a replacement part in our water heater since Parker & Sons told us we needed it.
Jessie was honest and upfront about this particular part. He even flushed our water heater to see if there was any rust in it since that's what we were told.
I appreciated his honest recommendation and will definitely be using EZ Flow for all our plumbing needs now. We had this awful - sudden - leak in our front yard water main.
After having our typical plumber come out and quote us an estimate of $4000 to have the yard dig up to replace ALL piping leading to the house - I had to get a second opinion. I called EZ Plumbing and Mike Cantrell showed up less than an hour later! Talk about service! Not only did he do a full review of the damaged pipe before quoting me - it in fact did NOT require digging up our yard to replace all piping.
He was extremely thorough and detailed in explaining to me what happened to the damaged piece of pipe and how the rest of the piping was just fine. Pricing was extremely reasonable and he cleaned up afterward.
I cannot recommend them enough!!! It's never fun (or cheap) when you need a plumber but if you find yourself in that situation, I highly recommend EZ Flow Plumbing. The scheduling was easy and they got me in the next morning (which was a huge bonus).
The on-site technician, Richard, had the best disposition and was very professional. He walked me through the issues and the proposed solution and once I agreed to move forward, he had everything fixed within an hour.
He could not have been nicer and even put up with my barking dog. I did not compare their prices to other companies so I cannot speak to value but that is the only reason I did not give them 5 stars.

Plumber called and also received a text when he was on his away and arrived during the 4 hr appt window. Gave me the bad news that it was going to be $650.
That was about double what I was expecting. This was my only complaint as this seemed really high to me but I had another plumber not show up twice for appointments so what was I supposed to do.
I needed to get it done. I do know he had to cut drain line, hot and cold water line and softener line to put new box in.
There was some work to be done. Mike was a nice guy and listened to my stories so he can't be too bad.
The repair was done professionally and he cleaned up when he was done. They may not be the cheapest plumber but do a good job.
