I thought I had everything ready to go for the installation of a new toilet when Georgel showed up. However, Georgel removed my old toilet and showed me that my existing wax ring was completely cracked, and unfortunately the new one I had purchased was too small to replace it.

So he went down to the store and bought one the was the right size, came back, and installed it. He said he wanted to let the glue dry, so he left for an hour or so, came back, and installed the new toilet.

I told him my last toilet wobbled when getting onto it and caused the toilet to leak, so he built a support mechanism behind the tank and now the new one is super-sturdy and leak-free! It was a professional installation, and he did it at a very fair price. I will be recommending Georgel and Adept Plumbing to ALL of my friends and family in the area.

I explained my situation and he told me that he would be able to come out right away. Keep in mind this was a last minute call on a Saturday morning and he was willing to come right out.

He was able to fix my issue and my sink was work again. The price of the repair was affordable.

I definitely recommend using Pipe It Right. If I have any issues in the future, I will definitely use them again.

We had a slab leak. I spoke to a few different plumbers and they were all over the board with their pricing.

Albert at Pipe It Right said "let me come over and take a look." Albert came up with a plan to repair the problem that didn't include breaking up the slab but instead, re-routed the pipes overhead. Albert and his team started work that same day with the intent of completing the job in one day.

The team was confident, professional and respectful of our property, they even took off their boots whenever they had to go into a room that was carpeted. They completed the job on-time and on-budget.

The next time we're in need of a plumber, I won't think twice about who to call and you shouldn't either. Not sure what happened.

I scheduled an estimate 2 days from my initial call. The person I spoke to was very friendly.

She even reached out to me by text to ask for my email after the initial call. I was told someone would call me when the tech was on their way to my house.

I never got a call. The arrival window was 2 hours.

I called the office. No one answered.

The appt was on a Saturday afternoon when the business is typically closed, but I assumed they were doing estimates because that was the appointment time they gave me. I did not get a phone call, email or text the next day.

I rate 2 stars at least for the friendly customer service initially. It went downhill after that.

So far - great!!! I met with many plumbers before I proceeded with what I consider to be a major job Re-lining my underground pipes. Albert came out and took lots of time tracing my bizarrely laid out plumbing and explaining everything.

He was able to provide multiple bids and options based on my budget and priorities. He came back to check on things and his team at the office was great too.

Cynthia especially who was my main contact. I asked multiple questions which she facilitated getting answered.

We were able to schedule promptly and they showed up when they said they would and did what they said. Those fellas worked HARD and long to get the job done in a couple days.

If the job holds up (they provided a 3 year warranty), this will have been an EXCELLENT choice! I've got nothing but positive things to say at this point. I had a pin hole leak at my San Diego property this last weekend.

Albert and his crew found the leak and got right to business. I was able to find Albert through a family friend and I was not disappointed at all.
