Ensure the hot water is going before your plumber leaves. We needed to have the breaker turned on (after calling the plumber advising no hot water) then when it still wasn't warming up, we cracked open the instructions and found we had to connect it to the WiFi before it would work.

We had a partial block in our main bathroom sink and a "drain clearing" company came out to fix the problem. After an unsuccessful attempt to clear the blockage, I was told the issue was much greater than I originally thought.
"The other plumber" said we had moisture on the cabinet; sounds of leaking water and dirt in the line. He recommended a camera scope at a cost of $459.00 just to see what the problem was.
I decided to get a second opinion and had Dan come out. He first determined the cabinet walls to be dry with the use of special equipment.
Secondly, he noted no water leak sounds. Finally he SIMPLY cleared the line and we were back in business.
WOW! Dan saved the day and performed the work that was only necessary. Daniel came and replaced my water heater on very short notice.
He answered my questions very promptly even when I messaged him around 2AM in the morning. The price he gave me was very fair.

After calling 7 other plumbers who all wanted to schedule appointments the next day (or even 2 days later!) and one who quoted us an outlandishly high price, Daniel came out at 8:30pm to help our situation for literally half of the price the other guy wanted to charge.

Main line stoppage at our home. Called our home warranty to address and resolve.
Home warranty sent out a different plumbing company that wanted to resolve by going thru roof vent and would not be covered by warranty. It was costly and would have resulted in a lot of heavy wear on the roof with machinery not meant to be on the roof.
Called to have a different opinion made by the warranty. Was waiting several hours without resolution for warranty to schedule a second plumber and this was on July 3rd, right before the holiday.
Was getting concerned our family and home would not have the issue addressed until after the holiday leaving us with an extended outage, so we cancelled the warranty request when we contacted Purpose Plumbing to come to our rescue. Daniel arrived on short notice, quickly diagnosed the issue, and removed the guest bathroom toilet so that he could use a large snake (that requires 3-4" drain pipe instead of the normal 2" clearouts).
He made quick work and even remounted our toilet better than it was installed the first time by adding shims so that it would have an even surface mount against the tile base floor. He also used simple green and scrubbed and cleaned the area after he was done.
From now on, if we have a plumbing need... Daniel is our plumber.
