They're reasonably priced after getting many ridiculous quotes all around. They came out to unclog a drain and I asked them to also help with a pressure regulator, which I knew had to be replaced.

We scheduled an appointment and i took off work to meet the plummer here but as the appointment time was getting to the end i called and the person who answered had no clue.

Basically i wasted half my day and dude on phone wasnt helpful at all or offered help. Moral of story....stick with the big names or ones that have high number of reviews I was so happy with the work done by E.Z.

I highly recommend his services We Hired EZ Plumbing to replace a shower valve that was frozen on cold. He was able to recommend using an elliptical cover that allowed him access for all the brazing, and didn't require making a hole in the adjacent wall, like was done when the older unit was installed.

This saved time, effort and costs. He also was able to get the same unit I purchased at a big chain hardware store at whole sale.

His quote was more reasonable that the other two quotes we received. Work was completed in one day and the team did a good job with clean up.

Service charge 150 Alright, Izzy is a legit plumber who does amazing work. We called around several plumbers who either gave us the runaround or just plain weren't interested in doing it.

Izzy spent some time explaining everything at the initial consult/estimate and we decided to give him the job. He ran the required plumbing necessary for a whole house water softener that we bought.

This week, I had issue with my plumbing and Yelp connected me with 4-5 plumbing company. EZ was one of them.

After several back and forth messages, the appointment was set. All information needed was sent.

And on the same day, I received an confirmation email. However, on the day of the appointment nobody came.

I sent another message to know what happened and I can see the message said 'read'. No response.

Not a reliable company to set an appointment with. I would recommend to move to the next one on the list.

I have paid at least 4 different plumbers to come out frequently, and all they do is snake it and works for maybe 3 months. Izzy responded to my message immediately and came out the same day.

He was obviously incredibly well-trained with a wealth of knowledge. He found the root cause of the problem, no pun intended- which was roots growing into my pipes.

He didn't recommend replacing all the pipes, he replaced part of the pip in the front yard and cleared out all the roots. He spent all day at my house and the price was amazingly low.

My only complaint is I don't want you all reading this because then you may hire him also and then he'll be too busy to come fix plumbing at my house on the same day :) I had a very unfavorable experience with EZ Plumbing. There is nothing "easy" about this experience except that I was overcharged for an incomplete clean out installation.

This was verified by another plumber I had come out & provide an estimate after hiring this company. Not all of the plumbing issues I explained I was experiencing during the estimate were addressed, prompting a second visit.

The same issues occurred after the plumber left. I regret having hired this company.

Once I did get responses the labor was outrageous most of the bids were over $1800 in labor alone. I had already gotten the approval of the water heater company to replace mine under warranty -so I truly only needed labor.

I have used EZ Plumbing several times and have never been disappointed. It is so refreshing to find an honest, competent and reasonably priced plumbing service!! He has replaced toilets, installed faucets, and fixed a serious hard water issue I had in my master shower.

Most recently I called them to address a gurgling sound I heard when flushing the downstairs toilet. The problem was not a venting issue but rather a lack of use in the shower which dried out the trap and caused the noise.

He ran water in the tub for several minutes and noise was eliminated. He also checked my upstairs bathroom and then went a step further with a kitchen faucet issue and remedied that too.
