Review and analyze now for company Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and provide the analysis in the discussed format for the following reviews: '''Paul Coffey and Hiroki were fast, friendly and did an excellent job. Very happy with the service and product.
BUYERS BEWARE. We purchased a master bathroom shower remodel from JACUZZI around two years ago.
The installation and installers were top notch, we couldn't be happier with the result. This complaint is about what happened next.
At the time we purchased the remodel the two salesmen told us we could add an adjustable teak seat to the shower for "around $300-400." Yesterday I called Jacuzzi customer care and they told me the cost would be $1,899! They also told me the salesmen had lied. When I asked if I could have the contractor's plans for OUR job I was informed absolutely not.
Wouldn't you think a homeowner who spent $13,000 for a shower remodel should be entitled to the plans for his home? AVOID THESE LIARS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! Took us 2 days to clean up the mess they left. They gouged a toilet seat which weI had to replace at our expense.
Called 3 times and they say they will have a Mgr call but no call. DON'T USE THEM.
YOU WILL BE SORRY Jacuzzi Bathroom Remodel participates in spam email advertising. I block the message but they just use another email address.
I did not sign up to receive communication of any kind from Jacuzzi Bathrooms. Somehow this company has my phone number.
I didn't reach out to get any quote from them. They are calling me 5 to 10 times a day.
I blocked their number. They still keep calling.
Give me a break. How desperate are they for business! If I could give zero Stars I would .
I was looking for estimates for a shower. I had found someone to do my shower.
This place kept on calling me and harassing me about getting a shower done by them no matter how many times I told them that I did not need them anymore. They called four times and the last time a lady that sounded a little bit older than the other ones got mad at me was rude to me and then laughed at me when I told her that you guys will not stop calling me .
This place is so rude I would never give them any business . Our shower was due to be installed on January 2nd.
The installers arrived at our home and began opening up their work truck. The men stood at the truck for a moment then came back to the bathroom with a measuring tape.
It was shortly thereafter they informed us that the wrong measurements had been written down on the installation order. They said a 65" pan had been ordered and delivered instead of the 55" pan needed to begin the project.
This was the beginning of a domino effect, including unanswered calls from the Customer Service department, the wrong doors being ordered, damaged and reordered, and appointments made and then cancelled by them. Finally, on March 7th, the correct doors were installed and the installation was finally completed.
This has been a nightmare. What was supposed to be a two-day job ended up being a three-month job.
We have told our friends and family about this and have recommended they look at other companies if they wanted a bathroom remodel done. We have another bathroom that we want remodeled, but based on this experience, it will not be Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona who will be doing the project.
They like to leave knocking in your walls from water hammer without ever fixing the issue. I have had problems with this since day one of installation.
It has been six months and they refuse to fix the problem. Jacuzzi says it is not their fault, even though the knocking is centered around my master shower.
Their self engineered valves are faulty and let cold water through at the hottest temperatures. You can never use the shower to its full potential since you only get warm (hot and cold mix) water at the highest temp setting The showers are not worth the money paid 1 star The absolute worst experience we've had with any company.
Thought we were working with a reputable, well known company, assured all employees were bonded & background checked. Promised one day installation and that customer service was excellent; great news! The experience was anything but great; it was a total nightmare.
After six weeks the project was not complete and they had to redo the shower install. My house was left with debris everywhere and glue on my carpet.
I had jewelry stolen, filed a police report and turned in a claim with my insurance company. NO ONE from the company responded to my phone calls, emails or texts.
Police were able to recover some but not all of the jewelry as some items had already been melted down. Literally no customer service at this company; I would discourage anyone thinking of doing business with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of AZ.
I would strongly advise against choosing this company. Despite the completion of the job, I am left without a shower door.
During our initial discussions with the salesperson, we had talked about the custom-made door, and the understanding was that it might take a bit longer. However, when the shower was finally installed, I inquired about the status of the door delivery, only to be informed that the salesperson had failed to place the order.
Furthermore, there were promises made regarding discounts to compensate for the inconvenience, but these discounts were never provided. In addition, I had to communicate with multiple individuals, making it impossible to trace these promises.
We ended up spending the same amount with another company, which not only completed the job but also honored their commitments. In hindsight, I wish I had gone with them.
This experience has turned out to be a costly mistake that will require additional expenses, as I now need to find someone to install a shower door After 7 months & involving 3 various organizations to get out of the contract & get all my money back, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND JACUZZI BATH REMODEL. My opinion - they take advantage of of older folks.
I had to hire a completely different company to do my plumbing & also an excellent person to do my tiling. This company is a fraud.
I read the reviews and see my experience is the norm. If you are elderly or vulnerabl, you will be taken advantage of.
I was in my remote cottage when the Jacuzzi salesman came 15 minutes early. Big guy, tattoos, seemed very militant.
I asked to see the models and prices bc the company would not disclose anything over the phone. He refused to display any product until I told him my budget.
He became agitated, used the F-bomb. I stood up and told him to leave.
He then raised his voice, waved his finger in my faced and said I wasted him F'g time. He settled down and left when I dialed 911.
it got stranger when I explained this to his manager. His only concern was if I filed a police report.
Signed up for the free in-home consultation/quote from Costo salesperson. It was supposed to be good for one year.
The sales person quoted me an outrageous amount that didn't even include the fixtures or glass and then got mad when I wanted him to give me the quote so I could think about it for a while and get some other shop around a little. He refused to give me anything in writing saying only that I could take a photo of his screen if I wanted to.
When I wouldn't sign up THAT DAY he just packed his stuff up and left. We used them to replace a bathtub with a new shower for our homes.
Overall we are happy with the job they did for us and the new shower looks great. They were able to finish the job quickly, about a day, and their installers were very nice and cleaned up the bathroom and the surrounding areas before completing the job.
They were slightly higher in price than the other company we spoke with but it was nice they were in and out of the house so quickly. This was one of the worst dealings we have ever had with contractors and we have remodeled four houses.
We hired Jacuzzi Bathroom Remodel out of Phoenix for a guest bathroom remodel and paid the highest prices we have ever seen (over $25k). I thought this price was ridiculously high, but trusted that since we paid top dollar with this reputable long standing company that this would be the smoothest and best install with a warranty that we ever had, but we were wrong.
After what was supposed to be a one day install turned into over six weeks and cost us an extra $2k plus in fees to fix things they damaged, we have some big time regrets. Day 1 of install was Thursday, July 20, and the first issue was when they failed to ask us where we wanted the rain shower head mounted.
It was mounted too low and when I stood in the shower it was touching the top of my head (I am only 5' 11"). They also broke three large tiles in front of the shower.
The next issue was that none of the contractors had installed the glass sliding door we had chosen. Day 2 (Friday July 21st) the new set of contractors had also never installed the door we had selected, and they had drilled the holes incorrectly in both walls.
They needed to rip both of these new walls and replace them. This would allow them to install the shower door correctly and fix the issue with the rain shower head.
Unfortunately, after reinstalling the new shower walls and drilling the new holes incorrectly again. they needed to rip the walls out a second time, but this time they were out of the material and needed to get more from the main facility in Phoenix.
Day 3 (Tuesday July 25th) and the ripping out of the walls also tears drywall and paint off. Day 4 (Wednesday July 26) shower finally completed, but they need a full week to try and match the tile they broke and if they are not able they will re-tile the bathroom.
It takes them another two weeks (until August 11) to schedule to fix the floor. Friday August 11 they call to tell us they have the wrong mortar and want to delay a day so they can get a quickset type of mortar so it can all be completed in one day.
Saturday August 12 I explained to the installer that the tile must go under the baseboards to the wall and he agrees. During the demo they damage two baseboards in the process.
The installer says he will be back next morning at 7:00am to complete the job. Sunday August 13 he shows up at 11:00am.
We had already discussed the grout will need to be the darkest and thinnest lines so it is barely noticeable. He tells me that I need to wait and mop the floor to remove the glaze.
I do as instructed and no matter how many times I mop, the residue won't come off the grout. It is not universal in color.
Our painter comes out to fix the walls on August 15th and patch over the rips in the drywall and paint. He removes the baseboard so he can replace them and paint the new ones.
He showed me that not only had they not installed the tile under the baseboards as we had asked, but they also left all the rubble from the old destroyed tiles under the baseboards. There is also a noticeable gap between the new tile and baseboards that they tried to hide with grout.
I told the manager that the grout is not the same color throughout, and the tile was not installed under the baseboards as we had asked. I told him that we no longer have any confidence in them and would be hiring our own tile person to completely remove their work and do it again the right way.
We still needed Jacuzzi to fix the shower controls because they had switched the hot and cold to the wrong sides. The manager claims he was not aware we had held some money back from the final payment to fix all these issues if they failed to do so, and he wanted that money.
Up until now we have been incredibly patient and flexible with this whole fiasco, but I finally said, "absolutely not". Especially after we have spent over $2k fixing their mistakes (this is roughly the amount we held back).
I searched for typical cost of a bath remodel and was immediately put into their estimate dept. They called me within 30 seconds of submitting my information.
They set up a visit the very next day. This presentation was full on bait and switch.
The TV commercial says installation is free but in the few hours between my information submission and the visit from their salesman the free installation evaporated. Don't waste your time with this dishonest company.
HORRIBLE Super expensive thru Costco 150% over the market pricing They overpromise everything Sales people are scam artists Promise 6 weeks and after 16 weeks still NO Shower Parts have to be reordered multiple times DO NOT USE Horrible communication They ignore your phone calls This is about their commercial. Please remove that woman in the green dress in your add because it is so annoying when she screams about a new bathroom shower renewal.
That is not necessary. I turn off your commercial every time it comes on because of her.
Whatever you do, do not sign up at Costco for a "free" consultation with this company. They call you incessently and at all hours.
At night, early morning at 7:30 AM etc.. If you see a 480 area code and you've spoken to this company and they don't leave a message, it's probably them.
I have blocked over 5 different numbers and they are pretty relentless. I got yet another call this morning and when I told the girl I was no longer interested and that I found another company, she hung up on me.
I looked at all their reviews and decided against using them from all their complaints about shoddy work. So I dodged that bullet, now if they would just quit calling....
Our shower tub was 25 years old, but we never had the money for it. We decided to try and see if Jacuzzi could do anything for us They did everything for us,they spent time going over all the things we wanted.
They got us finance when nobody else would. We waited a while for parts to come in.
They make all their own parts in Georgia. The installation was a breeze.
The installation team put all the parts on a table outside. We couldn't believe how many parts it took to build a shower.
The whole installation only took 8 hours. The hardest part is waiting 24 hours before you can use the shower.
We waited, and it was well worth the wait. THANK YOU, JACUZZI, FOR OUR GREAT SHOWER.
I called the 800 number because I wanted a new shower unit. The salesman wasted time telling me about the company.
He then went on to tell me about all the options "the others" sold. I cut him short and he finally measured, showed me samples, etc.
When we got to pricing, there were three: 1) today only price which would include a senior discount and advertised on TV discounts; 2) TV discounts but no senior discount (about $2000) more than #1); and 3) price in the next year. Option #2 was nearly $20,000.
The TV woman might think that is reasonable. I did not, nor did I like not getting a senior discount.
His general attitude and unwilliness to negotiate (and the price) convinced me to go elsewhere. I now have a beautiful new shower unit that cost $10,000.
Contrary to what Jacuzzi told me, the unit and labor to fix any problems are both included in the warranty on my new unit. Don't pay extra for the name! Shop around at other places before you get major work done.
shame on me for reading reviews on our Jaccuzi Bath Remodel. What a mistake and waste of money.
Our end walls do not match each, one is longer than the other. Poor work, missing caulking, glue on glass.
Maricopa County post inspection pointed out numerous flaws. Have called Jaccuzi Customer Service 4 times with no call back.
What a horrible company to deal with. This company is close to a Scam.
Buyer Beware!!! 3 times more expensive than anywhere else. The salesman was very high pressure.
Even tho as soon as he told me $15,000 and I told him that was way over my budget, he wouldn't leave and kept pushing me. For that kind of money I could build a whole bathroom.
I just wanted to replace the shower So their advertising on tv states they waive installation cost as the salesperson slid a $27K quote across my kitchen table! I said what's the price removing the installation? He said that's it "Nothing is free" with a sh$t eating grin. I chose to get a quote from them because they are a preferred vender of Costco.
Costco will be made aware of their shady business practices and hopefully loose their prefered vender status. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Jacuzzi Bath! We recently purchased a new Jacuzzi shower through Costco.
The salesman came to our home on June 25, 2024 and we signed papers that day. The shower was installed in early August.
The process went fairly smooth except an inspector had to sign off on the work and that took an extra day. No big deal but after completion we noticed the there was a significant gap on the left side of the new shower that needed to be sealed probably with some white caulk.
We reached out to our sales rep who provided a customer service number which I called. The individual I spoke with said that someone would be contacting us within 72 hours.
Well no one ever called us so I reached out to our sales rep again and he said that he was on it. A week later I got a call from some one from Arizona which I believe is the headquarters.
He said he would check to see who would be available to do this work which would probably take 15 minutes to complete. He said give me an hour and I'll be in touch.
Never heard from them again! In addition, as an inducement to purchase the new shower Costco was offering a give card in the amount of 10% of the purchase price. This card, worth $1800, has yet to be received by us.
This is the problem when you purchase something and it's passed on to an 3rd party contractor. NO ONE WANTS TO ADDRESS TO PROBLEM AND YOU JUST GET PASSED ON TO SOMEONE ELSE WITH THE PROMISE THAT SOMEONE WILL BE CONTACTING ME SOON.
I watch 30 minutes of these ads, repeating, on HGTV, and I hated it. It was horrible.
Just the same thing repeating over and over. And it cost a lot of my time.
I would give a zero if I could. Nothing but issues from start to finish including breaking floor tiles in my bathroom.
Had to return numerous times to fix issue last installer created. Office manager felt bad and said she would talk to manager about getting me a discount and would call me back.
Instead they turned it over to a collection agency. You may as well call Angie's List and roll the dice.
We were very pleased with the professionalism and the politeness of the installation crew that did our walk-in shower remodel on October 16 through October 18. Yes, it took them two and a half days, some of which was a result of our unwillingness to have them here before 9 a.m.
or after 5 p.m. But most of the "excess" time (beyond their promised "same day" installation) was a result of apparent problems they were having and the fact that their initial installation of the new plumbing resulted in some damage that they were not capable of correcting the same day.
And, upon a quick look at the results, we were pleased. BUT, upon closer inspection after the 24 hour "wait to use" period, we noticed that the sliding glass door frame was note square within the enclosure and that the door was not square within the frame.
This caused a situation where, if the door was completely closed, the two plastic vertical strips between the sliding door and the stationary glass would not meet properly, allowing an opening about a foot high at the bottom, through which water can easily get out on the floor. The only way to get the plastic strips to meet properly is to leave the door slightly open, which leaves a space at the top of the door where water can get out.
This is bad enough, but what is completely infuriating is the unwillingness of the "Customer Service" team to contact us. Twice we have been told that they would get back to us with "X" days, and twice they have failed to do so.
We will be contacting the AZ Registrar of Contractors. I contract with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel through Costco on 4/1/2024.
The installation date was set for May 8th. I contacted my salesperson and customer service at Jacuzzi prior to the installation date and was told that everything was ready, and the installation date was still May 8th.
The installation crew would be there at 9:00 am. On the 8th, no one showed up and I finally called at 9:45 and was told the shower pan had not arrived, and I would be contacted with a new installation date.
I contacted my salesperson who said they did not have the materials to make my shower pan and had no idea why I was not contacted. I called on the 7th and they confirmed my appointment.
I took a day off work for the installation. They had new systems and having difficulties getting information on the status.
It was on excuse after another with no resolution. Unless I call, I do not receive any communication from Jacuzzi.
I called on June14th and was told the pan had been made and they would know on June 17th whether it arrived. Again, no call and still waiting for confirmation of what is going on.
I have asked for a manager to call and spoke with Robert who was supposed to call me on each Tuesday to provide a status. Only call was on June 4th.
I am waiting on the parts to get the shower installed but other customers need to be aware of the missed promises and lack of communication from Jacuzzi. I had to post my story to let people know what a terrible experience I had with this company.
I started this process in Feb. 2023.
They put on a great presentation, loved the look of the product, the sales man was good, very good. Said this would be a 6 week process to order goods and then a 2 day job to get in and complete the process.
I was excited. Two months or so later, they called and said they could schedule the install.
The night before the install they called to say the base came in cracked. I understand these things happen and that they could still be here tomorrow but the base would be white.
I did not order white and I said NO I don't want white my walls are tan in color. No problem, we will order another base and call you when it comes in.
4 months later, they called to reschedule. Now mind you, I have asked and taken 2 days off for the second time now.
Once agin, the night before they called to tell me that the base did not come in as planned we will need to reschedule again. I was upset as my time off from work is not as easy to get, I work for a living Mon - Fri.
days off in middle of the week need to be scheduled. They called again in July to schedule for Aug.
I took the time off. The first day was fine they demo'd my bathroom, left it ready for the day two group to come in and finish it.
The second day the guys came in, finished it up. I thought it looked good, was told to not use it for 24 hours to let things dry, glue etc.
The next day I went to use the shower to find the hot and cold water was reversed. So the hot came on first and had we been standing there would have gotten burned.
Why did they not check the water.? I called them back to have someone call me back, they told me 3 - 5 days and someone will call me. On the 5th day I call them at 4:44pm and said noone called me back.
She said you were on my list to call you back. I don't really believe that but ok.
They scheduled someone to come out the next morning. He had to take off the faucet and reverse the hot and cold cartridge that the plumber put in wrong and did not check before he left.
This whole process cost me 7 days from work, over $20,000. for half a job.
They left the 4 foot section with just unfinished dry wall that I will have to get a general contractor to come install cabinets to finish the bathroom. Never, ever, will I recommend Jacuzzi to anyone.
They do not seem to care about this poor service. They did not offer me a free bench seat, grab bar, or to reimburse me money, nothing !! Do not use this company folks.
You will be as disappointed as I was. Nadja T.
$2OK for JUST a shower remodel in a guest bathroom? The salesman Josh, spent time calculating, but never showed me the breakdown of pricing, and when I told him that was almost the cost of a kitchen remodel he went into "you're not worth my time mode" throwing lines at me like "Well, not everyone is a Jacuzzi customer," and, "Obviously you're not even prepared to make a decision on this today." BUT! If you sign up today, they will miraculously take almost 4K off the price. RUN AWAY from this company.
What a total waste of 90 minutes. Hard to believe they are contracted with Costco.
Shame on Costco for using such a poor vender to represent their company. From contract signing it took almost 3 months for the install.
Paid a premium price and expected Costco quality. Just like others have mentioned, wrong materials and accessories were on the order.
Took weeks of my personal follow-up to get the right items. City inspector never showed up.
I still have a patched hole in a bedroom wall waiting and waiting for them to repair. Also, have YET to receive my Costco gift card.
DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS FOR YOUR BATHROOM REMODEL. RUN AWAY!!! Quality was not as expected nor sold to me by the salesman.
I was told walls would be plumb, not even close as glass people had to make adjustments to glass door to keep is from furthering a scratch in the wall when the door was opened and closed. Glass people had to apply extra silicon on the other wall to make a seal.
What was I to do as I wasn't willing to wait for them to rip it out and redo it, it already took months to get it done in the first place. They damaged tile in my bathroom and damaged grout lines.
The installers were not gentle on the floor. Just because they covered it with a cloth/sheet, doesn't mean it can't still be broken.
What a shame. Now I'm trying to find someone to fix my broken tiles and grout lines.
For a little bit more money, I could have went with a custom tile shower. Lesson learned.
Don't pay their price, even if it is cheaper, as you'll get cheap labor and it's not worth the value. I can't believe Christina is supporting this product.
While I understood the glass would take some time, I wasn't expecting 6 weeks without being able to use my shower. Ridiculous.
We spoke to a rep from their company out at the Market in E Mesa a couple of weeks ago. We told him we would speak to someone on the phone and then decide if we were going to make an appointment.
A few days later a person from their company called to confirm our appointment they said we made which we did not. I told her I was at work and if they wanted to discuss setting up a real appointment I would be willing to do that.
She then says so you want to cancel the one you made for April 12th at 1030 am. Again I told her we did not set up an appointment as My husband and I both work full time and the appointment would have to be after 530 pm or Sat.
She then stated that she would reschedule to which I said how can you reschedule if we never made an appointment. I told her I was at work and they could call back any evening.
They did not call in the evening but continued to call me multiple times a day while I was at work. I text them and told them to put me on their DO NOT CALL LIST.
I also spoke to a gentleman from their company and told him the same thing. He tried everything in his power to get me to reconsider and I told him NO and to please put me on your DO NOT CALL LIST.
He said he would but he clearly did not as the calls continued to come in until today when I just blocked their number. Not good customer service.
I wrote this review and then before I posted it I read some of the other reviews. YIKES!!! Our "one day remodel " became 8 months after 3 of 4 bathrooms were done so poorly they had to be ripped out and redone.
Company dragged its feet for months waiting on approval for the redo. Drywall was damaged and never repaired.
Shower doors took another 2 months to come in and had gone up $1000 in price while waiting for the redo. Wished we had never done it.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Before installation the customer service is great and they return phone calls, once installation is complete you can't get anyone to return a call. Part of our contract was to receive a Costco gift card which 8 months later we are still trying to get.
They broke our window during install and are supposed to give us $1500 towards the window which we still can not get. I've probably left 20 messages over the last couple of months and emailed with no response.
We had multiple issues with our shower now which they've come out to fix only to make worse. When calling "Josie" our rep, she is reluctant to answer phones and avoids call backs.
Spoken with multiple installers now and all say the customer service side is the worse. AVOID this company at all cost.
The price is not worth the hassle, you can pretty much forget the lifetime guarantee with the service that we've received. our son gave us a shower remodel for christmas.
his dad is handicapped, so it was really appreciated. my sons interest was peaked at the mesa swap mart.
then the best salesman ever gave us all of the info with no pushing, just info. we set the installation date for jan..
imagine our delight when we got it before christmas. today our remodel was completed by chad and efen.
i never could have imagined the trasformation. it is beyond beautiful.
the men were prompt, and very courteous. they know what they were doing and worked as a team.
there was nothing for me to clean up afterwards. .
they reflect your company well. mary wisneski They install in one day but have subcontractors that follow them "repairing and readjusting "mistakes they have made on the one day install.
So, it goes on for a while. After they repaired and painted a wall.
returned to fix the hot water and pressure. apply the nonstick bottom and replace a faulty shower head.
After that the job was done it looked good. However, I'm having a problem with the non-slip surface they put it (after the fact) is yellowing within the first few months.
We just wanted some advice. I and my spouse have called at least a half a dozen times with not a single call back.
(I'm starting to think they black balled us). We just wanted the best, and expected more out of someone that probably just bought the name "Jacuzzi".
Which makes me wonder about the "Life Long" guaranty? If they show up, I'll let you know.. We had our shower done by them in January.
I am actually extremely pleased and would have given them 5 stars if was just for that. However, they are a terrible company to deal with if issues arise.
I have been trying to get my refund back they owe me through Costco for a month now. I contact them every couple of days and they never return calls and no one has any answers for me.
If I ever did a bath remodel again I would definitely not go with them. They clearly DO NOT care about their costumers! I regret this over-priced bath to shower project.
I couldn't get wall niche because they don't do them. I couldn't get a seat since the cost of a fold up seat was $2,700.
But I was told I would have the tabs installed for a corner stool if I wanted one later but no tabs. New faucet does not allow for water pressure adjustment as my old one did.
The new shower about 3" more narrow than I thought it would be. I had to buy an after market hand held shower head because their cost was over $800.
Now I just need an after market shower seat to make this usable. Please do not use Jacuzzi Bath Remodel!! If you think you are paying top dollar for quality and level of service, you will be extremely disappointed.
Besides the sales process, nothing else went smoothly. We are still left with 3 bathrooms that are not finished 2 months after the installation process began.
We wish we could go back in time and take our business elsewhere. It was the worst decision we ever made!!! I called Jacuzzi to schedule an evaluation to remodel my bathroom tub/shower.
I was asked if anyone else lives in the home. I answered, "Yes." The representative wanted my assurance that my husband would be at home and participate in the sales presentation.
You can imagine the sales pitch I was given to justify my husband being present. The pressure I felt to have my husband there did not sit well with me.
I stated that I would be the one making the decision about the work, and my husband didn't need to be present. The argument began .
. .
. Finally, I said, "Thank you, but this is not the place for me.
I won't tolerate high-pressure sales tactics." I'll continue my search for a reputable company to do the work. An hour later, a different rep called to try to convince me to allow a salesperson to come to my home.
I said, "No," and I blocked their number. I can not recommend this company.
They had a great presentation, the install went well except for a couple of pending issues. They took my money and WILL NOT get back with me to resolve the issues.
I have called at least half a dozen times. This morning a got apologies but waited on hold for 25 minutes and finally gave up.
Lesson learned...don't pay until everything is resolved. 7/26/23 Another follow up.
After numerous calls, Jacuzzi bath remodel finally came out and replaced the non-matching shower door handle. On 7/11/23 I spoke with a manager, Brittnie, who promised to immediately mail me a $250 check for reimbursement to ADT for having to replace the window sensor and magnet and reprogram the new sensor.
No check as of today, 7/26/23. I called yesterday and spoke with Adam who absolutely promised to get back with me the say day for an update.
No call. Today I called again and spoke with Taylor who basically said they are doing everything they can to help me and it is being investigated, and that this has to go through many hands.
Ultimately I told her that this is not my problem and the customer should not have to be the one to continually follow up on their lack of communication and broken promises. This company is unreliable.
They FINALLY finished my job 2 weeks and 2 days late. The pan is squishy and dips under my 170# frame.
Walk into my bedroom to get my phone and one of the workers is lounging on my love seat WTF? Most contractors hang plastic to create breezeways for the dust these guys did lay down some drop cloth but on day two did nothing. Dust everywhere in every nook and cranny of my bedroom.
And yes I said day two a one day job was promised the next day they were here from 8-3pm maybe if the one guy was chilling maybe it would have been done on time. Extremely disappointing after paying nearly $11,000 for the most basic shower system.
Please do not use this company you've only got a 50/50 chance of things working out it seems. This group sells from Costco.
Should be top notch work and top notch product for the price. I now have patterned tile that should sit at a 45 degree angle and it is off.
Actually disorienting to look at. The installers did a poor job overall.
2 stars because the shower works, and the customer service staff is good. Very disappointed because I spent too much money for a bad install.
They did our master bath, and when they did the fake tile, they lined it up on the right side, but not on the left side!! I've left messages and notes for them on different websites but they don't return phone calls or messages. they also get our second bath.
We had to have our shower replaced because there was a water leaking. We called this company for its reputation however The job was unfinished.
We have sent them several messages and no response. I was completely oversold on Jacuzzi's product and instantly regretted it.
My shower, which is still not finished a month and a half after "completion date", feels cheap and reminds me every time I see it that I wasted thousands of dollars(Almost 15G) on a shower I am not at all satisfied with. The pan was lopsided and makes a popping sound when I'm under the shower head.
The hot and cold were installed backwards(hot is cold, cold is hot). They had to have a separate company come out to order a custom glass door.
This has all led to several different appointments that I've had to be home for them to keep coming out and is a great nuisance. Despite all that they have not offered any bit of compensation but rather have seemed to avoid me.
I'm a really easy going guy and never like to complain but this was bad. Wishing I could have them rip it out and give me my money back.
DON'T make the same mistake I did! our experience with jacuzzi bath and remodel has had a few bumps but other than that the product and service has been amazing. Todd Cook did an impeccable job fixing all our issues.
He's very OCD and a craftsman as am I. Hold on to Todd Jacuzzi.
I asked this company to come out and give me an estimate for a remodel on two bathrooms. Everything was fine until I asked them to give me a written copy of the estimate.
They would not do so. I called the main office to get a copy of the estimate.
They would not give me a copy of the estimate so that I could compare pricing as well as see what contractually I would be getting involved in. I thought all companies would give you an estimate and a quote and give it all in writing.
They would not. I was very disappointed and obviously moved on.
Gave me a quote for a tub to shower remodel. I did not have a glass door.
My accessories were simple and not overly expensive. However they quoted me a price over $20,700.
They saw I wasn't thrilled with that. They said they could come down a bit but wouldn't tell me unless I went with them.
They had something to hide. Also some of the figures they tried to impress me with had flaws.
Next time they need to do the math. They also wanted who the other quotes were with.
Wouldn't give me a copy of the quote so I could not hold it to them. I don't trust them I have had a miserable experience with this company.
I ordered a bench to go with the shower and the salesman did not put it in the order for some reason even though we had a long discussion about why this was the best option for my disabled daughter and I had ordered the same exact set up for another location for when she comes to visit me and it was installed with out issue for hundreds of dollars less. I have called many times to get this issue resolved and have either been put on hold or told they would call me back.
When they finally called back 10 days later they wanted to charge me an additional 1500 dollars for the bench. This shower is useless to me without the bench to assist her and is the only reason I went with this company.
They still refuse to install the bench and admit the salesman made a mistake. I do not recommend this company to anyone .
The materials are cheap and overpriced and the customer service is the absolute worst. If I could give them no stars I would.
Bathroom shower replacement. Jacuzzi did great job, John B and Tommy M arrived on time and did a fantastic job.
Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend great workmanship.
The shower looks fantastic I had them convert my tub to a shower. The installers used screws that were too long which damaged my pocket door.
They removed/replaced 2 of them, there is still one hindering the door but I cannot get anyone to come back and repair the damage done to the door, and take out that last screw and replace it. I have called, left messages, gone on their chat NOTHING..
the sent someone out to bring the hand held shower that they didn't have on install day and had him take pictures. That was 3 weeks ago and STILL no return calls.
The financing company that they put my deal through has also contacted them and they said they'd get in touch immediately. THAT WAS A WEEK AGO..
SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH REBATH.. THIS COMPLANY SUCKS I honestly don't know how this company manages to get so many good reviews in the Arizona area! They must remove all of the negative reviews.
From beginning to now, and 3 months later, our project is still not done!! We had used the services of Jacuzzi Bath in Santa Ana, California and were very impressed with the whole process and expected the same experience here in Arizona. Boy were we in for a surprise! Sales Pitch: Austin Bollingberg was our sales representative.
He was polite and arrived on time. My chief issue with him was that I feel he deceived us into thinking that once we signed up things would happen quickly because he told us that we didn't need to worry about parts or materials because they were located locally in Tempe.
In California, we signed the contract and the next morning, our installers were at the door ready to go! Here in Arizona, we agreed to the purchase AND PAID 100% of the contract on March 23, 2021. I noticed that they indicated an install date of April 20 - 27, 2021.
When I asked Austin why, he said they had to order all of the materials. Again, only AFTER we signed.
I was disappointed that we had paid already and I felt like we had been baited and switched with a long-lead time install when he just told me that they (and their materials) were all local! DECEPTION #1. Customer Service: The next day, I contacted customer service because I noticed that the emailed version of the contract showed a fiber glass formed seat when we specifically ordered a teak pull down seat.
They changed it when I reported that discrepancy. Never once, did they tell me that the seat was backordered.
Installation: On 4/27/21 we had our installation. Our installers, Matt and Manny were both very polite and respectful.
They respected my house and I appreciated that. When they were doing the install, Matt told me that they did not have the seat and that it would have to be installed later.
Because of there not being a chair, we asked that they also wait on installing the grab bars at this time so that mother could sit on the seat and tell them where to place the grab bars. Matt said that this was actually a good idea.
During the installation I noticed that they swapped out the existing copper plumbing with some flex-tubing. I asked that they leave the copper tubing as 1) it is expensive, and 2) I knew that my son would make good use of it as he is also a plumber.
They agreed. After they were done with the install Matt did a great job of explaining how the new shower worked.
Once they left, I discovered that they didn't leave the copper as I had requested. Matt had texted me asking for a review of their service.
When I texted back to inquire about the copper tubing, I heard nothing. To this day nobody has gotten back to me about that despite the same question being asked of the Customer Service rep, Angie who said she would ask and get back to me.
Still waiting... We were told to wait 48 hours before using the shower so that all of the caulking seals could cure and we did.
The first shower revealed that something wasn't right because water leaked all over the bathroom floor from taking a shower. I reported this to Customer Service and told her that we could use towels for now and that they could address this when they came to install the seat and the grab bars.
Approximately one month after the install, I received a call from Angie (CS) to schedule someone to come out and address the leak. She said that they would install the grab bars at the same time.
I told her that we wanted to wait on the grab bars until the seat was installed. She insisted that they MUST install the grab bars to make the shower safe.
I asked about the seat and her answer was "a lot of people are still without seats." Should that make me feel better? I told her that they could address the leak but that we really wanted to wait on the grab bars but she continued to over-ride my wishes and just insisted that it must be done now. The technician came out a week later, still no seat, and tried to address the leak but said that the company didn't give him the right parts to adequately seal the leak issue so they would have to come back.
He also insisted that he must install the grab bars that day, even over my mother's pleading that they wait. "No.
I was told that I HAVE TO install the grab bars today. I called every couple of weeks to check on the seat and was told each time, "they're not in yet and you are at the top of our list when they do come in, but just know that many customers are also still without a seat." Is that supposed to make us feel better? I called again recently to report that the leak is still leaking and asked again about the seat as it is nearly 3 months after our order was placed.
The girl who answered the phone said that Angie was at lunch and that she would call me back. Three days later, nothing; no call back! We prepaid $14,699 for a tub to shower conversion.
That's a lot by anyone's standards! These guys did both a tub/shower combo and a shower for me. Both took one day to install! They showed up a month early! The installers were professional and did a great job.
The hot water on the tub wasn't getting hot and they sent someone on the day I called them. It took 5 minutes and everything is perfect! Thank you guys.
Shout out to Justin, Chris, Corey and Casey! You gentlemen are rockstars!!!'''.
