I received exceptional customer service from everyone involved. I was able to get an appt around my schedule, same day, and I even received a text/email prior to arrival.

Austin arrived on time and diagnosed the issue and made all the necessary repairs. Austin made sure all my questions were answered, gave me info that I needed, and provided quotes for projects that I requested.

Barrett's was super close and had great reviews so I called them up. I had to leave a voicemail but it said I could also text the number for quicker service.

So I text over some pics of the area. I immediately got a response saying they could help and would send someone out the next day.

Our original appt time was 11am, but Lupe, the plumber, figured it was an emergency because of where the leak was so he showed up a little before 8am, which was awesome! He went to assess the situation and ended up finding out it wasn't actually our pipe leaking, but our neighbor's. I quickly called up our neighbor who was on vacation to get him to authorize turning off their main water so it wouldn't leak anymore and got a quick estimate from Lupe.

Even though we haven't officially used them for repairs, I am so pleased with their prompt and reliable service and extremely friendly employees that I will absolutely be calling them should I ever need them again. My neighbor will also be giving them a call back to come fix his pipe.

From the beginning, he thoroughly explains all options available and then follows through with high quality work and product. He is friendly, personable, honest and efficient.

We had a water softener and RO system installed and everything went perfect. He encountered a plumbing mixup by the home builder and was able to fix the issue and did it without extra charge.

Found the problem (sort of) and what needed to be done but it was a little obnoxiously priced so we sent out this project. Barrett Plumbing responded quickly and was straightforward with what could be done, how it worked, and were reassuring! I felt completely comfortable talking to them and asking questions.

They were not pushy either on trying to get something done, or something we did not need. We were able to get squeezed in and what we thought (them too I'm sure) was going to be a simple-ish hydrojetting became a puzzle.

Barrett was paid-in-full for his services and agreed to return in 1 week for a water filter replacement. Barrett was a NO CALL and NO SHOW for this appointment.

On July 9th 2020, the REPLACED pipe began to leak again. Barrett was contacted to service the leak per the company's "2 Year Guarantee".

In response, Barrett was dismissive, verbally abusive (used obscenities), and refused service. No GUARANTEE...No REFUND.

Thumbtack was contacted for a resolution. As an insurance adjuster, I highly recommend and refer everyone to Barrett Plumbing & Drain.
