This is my first review I've ever had to leave on a company because typically Companies will make it right when they are at fault not the case with these guys. This review is coming from a 20 year licensed electrician (myself) a business owner in Washington state.

(Seatown Electric, Plumbing Heating and Air.) (Over 200 employees) so I understand getting bad reviews is a common thing on yelp for people with petty issues I recently relocated into Arizona and decided to give these guys a shot. I understand the industry very well it's all I know.

Hopefully this review will help locals steer clear. I have used American home water and air for three different projects.

Two vacation rentals, and one project at my personal Home. All of them to install ductless mini splits.

after doing some digging on the job that went south I found none of my jobs are permitted. I am currently working with the city to hopefully fine this company for not pulling proper permits to do the work.

The very first job went great which led me to use them again on the second job. the second job I would rate them a 7 out of 10 only because the unit was leaking and was not installed properly.

At least that's what the technician told me when he came out to fix it, Again very minor stuff and normally I would never leave a review for something like that. My personal house was the main issue.

I was sitting at home when my rooftop units thermostats had error message. (Those units were already installed).

So I went up to the units to check the fuses to find one of the most shoddy electrical hook ups I've ever seen in my life see the pictures. American water did not use electricians to do this job.

Their installers did double taps and extended directly off my existing rooftop units for my new mini split units. Any electrician, any tradesmen, any inspector would frown on this deeply, because it is a fire hazard, a shock hazard, and could damage the electrical panel and rooftop unit which come to find out is damaged.

I was very upset and contacted Evan my sales person to let him know I couldn't believe their electrician did this he replied promptly. Unfortunately that was us.

I then responded with well, I won't be using you guys in the future after this install and I would like to get a credit back for the labor on the job And I would like reimbursement for my license electrician to come pull dedicated circuits to each one of the mini split units which should have been done to begin with, and I would cover the cost of the mini splits, because that would be fair. Rather than doing the right thing something that companies with integrity we do he tells me you told us you were a licensed electrician and you would handle anything that we couldn't do and this was a temporary hook up and they would be issuing me a credit for $500 for the temporary hook up.

Now I'm absolutely pissed because this is 100% a lie. Not to mention there's no such thing as a temporary electrical hook up when you're double tapping onto a dedicated heat pump.

This was a permanent install that they had hoped to pull the wool over my eyes on. Now I'm sure this company is going to respond maybe not but from personal experience as being a contractor myself we make mistakes but it's what we do when the chips are stacked up against us that determines whether or not we are a good company and I'm gonna tell you right now, these guys are not.

I am currently in the middle of filing a lawsuit to obtain their bond, also working with the city to address the no permit situation on 3 of my properties. Homeowners beware of this company, beware of the sales person Evan and his ethics.

And more importantly if you have had work done by them double check the wiring and permits on the job. American Home had great customer service and Michelle, the sales rep, answered all the questions I had about their systems.

Higi, the technician, was very professional and installed the systems in a few hours. All their prices are on the website.

Michelle also sent me an estimate before any work began. Here's my final cost break down: Pre-Run Iceline Sleeve: $45 Drill Granite or Quartz for RO install.: $100 Faucet Upgrade Level 3 (I went with the 888 in brushed nickel) : $85 56K PRESIDENT WATER SOFTENER: $1,895 BIG BLUE WATER FILTER: $350 6 STAGE ALKALINE REVERSE OSMOSIS: $675 The total, parts and labor, was $3150.

We have had our reverse osmosis system since we moved in (July 2018) We just had our filter service and as usual the technician, Higi, was EXCELLENT!!!! We could not be more pleased with the service we have received from AHWA and without hesitation would recommend them to anyone! Higi was a consummate professional!!!! My water heater died and started leaking nonstop, the day before the 4th. I had set expectations to have it fixed after the holiday, but AHWA didn't hesitate to send an amazing tech, Fidel, out to get my water heater replaced and taken care of before the holiday.

They even have a military discount, which is always a pleasant and welcome surprise. I have so much respect and gratitude for AHWA for their quick response and fair prices.

We recently had somewhat of an emergency when our hot water heater decided to start leaking, and we found large puddles in our garage and water seeping in under the baseboards of our laundry room. Knowing they have 24-hour service, we called them bright and early at 6 am.

I talked to an actual person who said we should hear from a technician "shortly." Hours went by, and we heard from nobody....water continued coming in. We tried calling back a few times over the next few hours, and we couldn't even get past their voicemail (of which they didn't respond to ours).

No call back. We were really disappointed and shocked - they left us hangin.' Fortunately we were able to get Deer Valley Plumbing out asap, and they efficiently and professionally addressed our issues.

They'll probably be our new "go-to company" moving forward. Had two AC units replaced on my roof by American Home Water & Air.

The rep was friendly and the price was fair. The initial installation went fine but the poor workmanship revealed itself less than a year later when I developed a bad water leak in my roof around one of the units.

Damaged interior drywall it was so bad. They came out and laid new tar around the roof duct under the warranty, but the leak returned months later.

This time I bypassed them and got a roofer out to look at the issue and repair the area around the unit. The roofer figured out the issue in less than 2 mins.

Turns out they had installed the roof duct ON TOP of the shingles instead of to the plywood below it, so (no surprise) water found its way under the duct and through the roof. Very poor workmanship in my opinion.

This company is responsive and offers one of the better warranties for products. Pricing is reasonable.

Seven years ago AHWS installed our softener and Big Blue unit. We have maintained this system through them, with yearly check ups and all necessary and required maintenance.

Our last system service was in Jan 2023. This morning 4-12-23, at an unknown time their plastic filter split/burst.

It proceeded to spray water at a high pressure, un regulated with no fail safes for hours while we slept. Our whole house flooded in the night.

We contacted them immediately (while juggling insurance etc...) and when a technician finally came he stated "We have no way of knowing this will happen." We understand that accidents can happen, and that products can fail beyond a one year warranty. However if a plastic filter is capable of causing that much damage American home water services should have knowledge like A) Recommend product replacement dates B) Integrity inspections C) Emergency cut offs or regulators that are installed at the time of the units installation.

They were in charge of this system from day one and let this happen. If they did not inspect our products throughly, they are not inspecting yours.

If unit splitting happend to us it will happen to ANYONE with a big blue filter. Even those that did maintenance regularly.

I'm currently in the middle of a easily $200,000k plus water damage insurance claim. My family and I will now have to stay in a hotel because my house is now uninhabitable.

They also charged me for the removal of their product that ruined my home. STAY AWAY!!!!! THEY FLOODED MY KITCHEN AND DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!! Their tech Jorge Mora tried to troubleshoot a faucet hookup.

Our issue was low water pressure with an electrical faucet. After he left, then faucet massively leaked.

I was not home when it happened and my kitchen flooded. Field supervisor Fidel Sanchez came promptly, took several pictures, told me they did not cause the leak and they could not work on it.

Our custom cabinets under and on both sides of the sink are soaked. Water got below the cabinets so to avoid mold issues we are going to need to tear out 5-year old custom cabinets.

Our wood floor is soaked, warped, and the varnish is destroyed. I spoke with their headquarters and they are loyal to the first tech Jorge Mora who said he did not touch the area that is leaking.

BEFORE AMERICAN HOME WATER & AIR: the water pressure of my kitchen faucet was low. AFTER AMERICAN HOME WATER & AIR: my kitchen faucet has a massive and active leak.

My kitchen flooded. My wood floors are destroyed.

My custom cabinets are ruined and need to be completely replaced. After the appointment with Fidel, I called the American Home & Water HQ one more time to give them the chance to do the right thing.

They did not do that. The issue here is about more than incompetent field reps.

STAY AWAY!!! For fun, Jorge Mora's brilliant recommendation to fix my kitchen sink faucet water pressure was to replace the GFI outlet under my sink with a normal outlet. If anyone reading this review knows anything about electricity and water, you know how ridiculous that recommendation is.

We have had multiple bad experiences with untrained or undertrained American Home Water & Air field reps. STAY AWAY.

Now...off to find a company that can repair the leak, a company that can rip out the ruined custom cabinets, a company that can make new cabinets, and a company that can replace my ruined hardwood floors. I first use them 5 years ago when i built my house and had them install a water softener and RO system.

The service and price were great, the owner even took a call after hours to help with the quote. I have had them service the RO every year since.

They have grown in the last 5 years and it shows, in a bad way. They had to reschedule by RO service 3 times for various reasons, employee not available, messed up on the schedule etc....

They finally made the service call and the technician did not place the items back under the sink, dripped water all over my entry way and the garbage disposal is not working (i tried all troubleshooting tricks and nothing worked). I called them Friday afternoon to have some one come out and fix it Saturday and received no call back, called Saturday morning and still no call back.

Not the customer service i expect from them!!! Overall very pleased with the level of service I receive from AHWA. They had replaced both units roughly 4-5 years ago and I have had maintenance plans since installation.

Most recently I would like to thank Xavier on his recent visit to our home. He by far has been the most professional, kind, sincere and respectful person that has come for preventive maintenance.

for your visit. While it was something minor in nature to check our system, you took the time, care and super wonderful with me and my family (especially consideration for my infant sleeping in a nearby room).

I don't really know how much in home services should cost. But I do know that I have paid less for services that I regretted.

This has not happened with American Home Water & Air. They installed a whole house softener with RO water and have stood behind it for 3 years with high quality service.

Then I asked them to maintain my HVAC and the most attentive and polite technicians have performed the service and I have no outages. So I connected on Yelp for outdoor plumbing work and received immediate attention and an exceptional experience with great work.

I suspect I could get these services cheaper but the value of great reliable friendly knowledgeable technicians is a rare find these days. Called during 4th of July and their technician Trey came out quickly and helped fix the ac unit.

He was quick and very efficient with his work. Made sure there were no other issues.

We had an issue with our heater blowing out cold air. This company was super responsive with getting us scheduled.

We weren't in a hurry but it was nice that they did a same day visit! The tech was honest and no gimmicks. He didn't BS us on what we "need" to get fixed.

He located the issue and fixed it. We didn't pay an arm and a leg either!! I will definitely use them again and we have them coming back for AC tune up once it's warmer out.

they always come quickly and sometimes even the same day. If you have a problem, their technicians are qualified to fix it.

I've never had a downstream problem after using these guys, and I think it's been four or five service calls. The people they hire (on the water side) are polite and they have a tracking system they send you to show where the tech is and how much longer it will take to get you to your home.

I believe they hire trustworthy people. On the "con's" side .

They do not give accurate representations of the price on the phone. They always have a special, or a "bundled set of services" they offer that sounds great.

When I called the last time, I got a quote of $185. It ended up as $319.

This is not unusual. Every single time there's been something extra .

I asked the rep on the phone, and she told me that the techs have "discretionary" pricing ability. In other words, your house is nice, you're in Scottsdale or another nice zipcode, and the discretionary price adds minimum of another $100.

It's happened every single time. So, if you're made of money, use 'em.

You can trust they'll do the job. If you have a budget you're dealing with, just try your hardest to get a confirmation of the total fix and hope that it isn't going to jump UP like my bill always has.

We have a duel HVAC house so when the first one died after 24 yrs they replaced that system. Confident with the install they did the first time, we had them come out and replace the second one that the condenser coils rusted out and leaked all over the ceiling.

They gave us several option including fixing up the old one. Doing a quick research on the equipment they quoted us, it was on par with other companies so that was great to see.

They did the install in one day and the following day a QC tech comes to the house and looks over the work done. Great job answering all our questions.

I hired them to replace a High-Pressure Valve. They showed up on time.

They quoted me a great price and installed it with no issues. I have no problem with recommending them for your job.

I called the company and set up a service call. The receptionist was polite and and made the appointment in four days.

They were good about reminding you and tracking the tech. When he arrived he tested the water, asked when the filters were replaced, disconnected the drain from the p trap and flooded the cabinet below the sink with no concern ( I finally got a towel for him even though he had brought in a roll of paper towels), he looked on his tablet about troubleshooting it then looked at the date on the unit and said "you just need to replace it all" An RO system has filters, a membrane, an auto shut off valve and a check valve.

Other than the plastic housing and plastic hoses that had no problems. The filters, the membrane, the valves are all replaceable.

It appeared that the shut off was in fact working because the check valve was not. These were never considered.

Just replace it all. Easy for him more for the company.

Our ac went out during the heat wave in Phoenix. They came out that night and got it running.

The ac is really old and we knew it needed replaced. We got a quote right away, they answered all my questions and was able to schedule us right away.

The crew showed up on time and were professional. Very happy with the whole process Was a client for many years and purchased both water heaters and home soft water units.

We had a hot water heater failure and they did not respond after numerous calls, very disappointed and lost a customer for life. Recently moved into a new home that did not have a water softener system in place.

I found this company via Yelp and response time and install time were incredible. They came and went over options with me (putting water softener in the garage or outside) and there was no pressure to make a decision right away.

I had a water softener installed at my previous house as well several years ago and it was much more expensive, so I was happy with the price that I was quoted. Discussed it with my wife and we went forward with the install.

I was surprised to get an install n the same week as the quote. The tech arrived on time and did a great job.

The install is clean looking and I look forward to cleaner clothes, dishes, and humans! I would give zero stars if I could. I've worked with AHWA for several years and their help with my water softener/reverse osmosis system was always great.

Based on that, I decided to work with them on my house's annual HVAC check-up. They came out and gave my system a clean bill of health earlier in the year.

However, a week or two later my system stopped working. I called and they promptly sent a tech out, who recommended replacing our compressor ( ~ $2,400).

The system worked for a few days and then, again, stopped working properly. AHWA sent another tech out and replaced another part.

The system worked again for only one or two days again before stopping. I called in and was told by their HVAC supervisor that they couldn't help and that I should hose down my AC Unit.

Really? After spending over $4k total, that's all you can do? Also, they overcharged me by a few hundred dollars on one of those visits. They promised a refund for the difference but it hasn't happened, several weeks later.

I won't be hiring AHWA again for anything and plan to share this experience with anyone who's willing to listen. This is our go to company.

We have only had to use them for maintenance but they've been on time, professional and knowledgeable. The only downside is they do try to upsell, but aren't super pushy about it.

I would like to give 100+ stars to AHWA, because our AC unit stopped working and it was 100+ degrees outside! With indoor temps steadily approaching outdoor temps (Seriously I don't know how people lived in AZ before AC was invented) and it being late in the evening our options were limited. We got our water softener from AHWA and it was a smooth and easy process.

The water softener is a few years old and still working great. I remembered them from this previous experience and knew they also worked on AC units.

The website states "Because emergencies don't just happen during business hours, we're available for 24-hour Air conditioning repair. Give us a call, no matter the time of day or night, and we'll schedule a technician for you as soon as possible." YES! I called the number on the website and was soon on the phone with a customer service agent.

We were then connected with the on call repair person Joe. After a few questions about our AC problem he said he'd be there within 1-3 hours.

I got text notifications on when he was heading out and there's also a link to click on so you can track how close your repair person is to your house. I thought that was a nice little perk that comes with their service.

The repair was luckily a fairly straightforward fix. About an hour or so later we had cold air again! It was running a nice n' frosty 58 degrees right from the vent when we tested it with a thermometer out of curiosity.

Our AC unit is running fantastic now by replacing a part and adding refrigerant. As for Covid precautions, I appreciated that our AC repair person wore a mask and used proper social distancing.

We have used AH &W for two homes now. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and overall do a great job.

The products they sell are top notch with competitive pricing. They have also been very responsive when we have had an emergency.

I needed a plumber to replace a worn-out hot water tank. I threw it out on Yelp and found a few folks that responded with different prices and what they intended to do for me.

Well, I found American Plumbing satisfied what I needed and gave a very competitive quote. They replaced both hot and cold water lines to the tank, the pan that it sits on, and of course, a new Bradford water tank.

Daniel, the service technician, did a great job and arrived early for my appointment. He knew what he was doing and was a well-trained installer; he cleaned up very well after he installed the new tank.

He also went over the warranty and was very friendly I am pleased with the work and new tank. I would use them again, and I would recommend American Plumbing for your plumbing and HVAC needs.

Very clear understanding of the problem (damaged interior of softener, causing little beads from inside this tank to show up at every faucet and shower). Ended up removing unused unit and installing a bypass loop.

Would not hesitate to go with them if we decide to install a new water softener. We had American home water and air out to our house twice within two weeks for separate situations and I cannot remember the first technicians name but Leo was our second technician.

I had used this company before for water softeners and 5 stage water purifiers and HVAC issues at my old house when this company's owner were old and I was very happy with them until today where a guy comes in for installation of 6 stage RO system. This is after they cancelled on me 4 days back for unknown reason.

I recieve the guy outside(named Rich) and ask him are you ok with dogs and if not i can leave her at the back yard. He said he loves dogs and its fine if she stays.

In the meantime I was talking to Michelle(front desk of this company) where this guy did not bring the black color faucet i wanted. So she said she will have it temporary installed and then later someone would come in and change the color.

I agreed. When i went to tell this guy that you can go ahead with the installation he said put your dog outside in the backyard or i will call some numbers/insurance company or what not in the rude way.

I was like sure i can but you have to tell me. Why are you being so rude and he continued so I asked him to leave and cancel the installation.

He calls Michelle infront of me and says he asked me twice to place my dog in the backyard and i did not. That boiled my blood.

I asked Rich to leave ASAP. I am not calling this company again ever.

Not to forget the owners have changed. This company used to be very good, and the guys who have come in the past were good too.

But not now lately. Lastly i told the truth to Michelle when Rich left and she said they have to follow some protocols and bullshit and I could not take it anymore and i hang up.

We needed a water softener replaced and asked around for quotes. They responded quickly and were one of the more reasonable quotes.

We were scheduled for the next week and even got a notification when the technician was on his way so we could track it. He worked for a while out there and explained the system to us at the end.

It was a good visit from Gerardo and he wore a mask and made us feel taken care of. They are quick to respond online as well which is an added bonus.

I contacted AHW&A via Yelp message & phone the next day, and they cane ASAP with very competitive prices for new water heater and install, plus removal of old water heater. 10 days later I called after hours, as my new water heater was again not producing hot water.

A tech and his apprentice were out first thing the next morning, and fixed the issue. I will say, their after hours answering service could use better customer service skills (they were very rude), but understand they are a 3rd party hired by AHW&A and have nothing to do with them.

Overall, very happy with responsiveness, competitive pricing, and level of service from AHW&A. Our water had a leak and I called multiple companies and AHWA was terrific.

Jorge arrived on time and did just in 1.5 hours. They came out and replaced a water softener and then on the same day they replaced a water heater which I was very thankful for.

That was last year and this year they came out and changed the filter to the water softener. I really like this company they are reliable and very reasonable in cost.

The guy that came to my house is very professional and knowledgeable, and I appreciate that. They gave me the best rate which is $500 less than all other competitors for the exact same services.

I shopped around before going with this place and really glad I did. When my AC went out and needed replaced I really didn't know what to expect since I'm a first time home owner.

My introduction to shopping for a AC started with a very cringey experience with getting a quote and sales pitch from Parker & Sons. Dealing with them felt like trying to buy a new car from a bunch of charlatans trying to be flashy and rip you off with nonsense graphs, overpriced estimates but with tons of discounts to try and make you feel like you're saving money and totally wasting my time with more flashy sales pitch talking without actually every being informative.

I could tell that company spent way too much on their advertising and knew all the tricks to fool people into overspending. This happened a few times shopping around for sure.

When i got an estimate from here it was definitely no nonsense and straight to the point. It was informative, no flashyness and no wasting my time with complicated sales pitches, I was so used to sales pitches that I actually called in to see if 'that was it?'.

I haven't done my research but it definitely felt like a family business instead of a chain corporate machine that I was getting tired of dealing with. They were also incredibly affordable, everything in the estimate was laid out simply, i called a few times to ask questions because I actually was expecting i needed to request specially for things like a thermostat and grill, something everywhere else used these as add ons.

I was corrected that these are all things included in every estimate no matter what and was still surprised by the price not changing because of it. Anyways that was a really positive experience.

They got me on schedule in 2 days for a new AC unit, didn't even request a deposit, and had it all done in about 6 hours. Even scheduling was easy, lady just took my number told me a time and we hung up, my brain was so used to having to over complicate things because all these other businesses kinda had me on the defense haha.

So yeah, i recommend =) How complimentary can you be about a company without it looking like a fake or paid review??!! I have been so impressed with this company and I have tried three other places before trying American Home Water and Air. Most homeowners are at such a disadvantage dealing with an A/C company because of lack of knowledge of the product (plus having to climb onto a roof if you really wanted to be involved-as if it that would help!).

However, AHW has great and knowledgeable people and operate very openly with pics and read outs of the various components that you can actually check out online. I had to eventually get a new unit and I had them over to give me a quote.

I was also in the process of getting a new roof (does everything go bad at once!!) and they worked with the roof people to get all the work coordinated. AND what was even better was that the final bill was lower than the quote!!! Unheard of!! Plus the fellows that put in the unit were not only efficient but personable as well.

AND I have to give kudos to the office staff as well, especially Mary Ann, who was great to work with as far as financing and the work schedule. I can't believe putting in an A/C unit (which is such a major purchase) along with the stress of the new roof could have gone so stress free.

I had an estimate for this project when we had a blockage last October by Chris the owner. He worked for a long time to make sure everything was clear.

In December we had a blockage again and this time a young man arrived. He cleared the blockage in 7 minutes and asked for $375.

He also gave me an estimate to replace the damaged sewer line that was double what his boss had told me. He was pushy and told me I should have it done right away and they could do it tomorrow, and asked for a check.

I told him to leave, then he called me 2 hours later to ask if he left a piece of expensive equipment outside (he did). I called Chris, the boss and asked him why the estimate had doubled, so he said that the problem with the sewer line had moved.

I got a different company to fix it for much less than half their price, with a ten year guarantee. I think the young guy wanted to take advantage of an old and disabled man.

Both great. I reached out to get my plumbing drained because of a backup in my plumbing.

We were told that that it required a full flush because of backed up flushable wipes. Well we did the full flush for $1750.

Then we were told that me may need to replace the belly of our plumbing due it not being level and needing to possibly replace our line for an estimated $17,000. Well, I have insurance for that kind of thing and our insurance company advised that that kind of flush was not needed and a regular flush would have been fine.

Let alone we could have snaked the flushable wipes instead and it would have cost us a fraction of the cost. I'm disappointed with the dishonesty with your service.

You took advantage of a dire situation. I do not recommend your services.

Wonderful customer service! Been using their services for over 2 years now at multiple properties. No complaints.

I needed to replace an old gate valve at the side of my house with a new lever because I didn't have a lot of faith it would work in an emergency. Tom gave me some good advice about the other pipes and plumbing nearby, some of which have been problematic in the past, including an old pressure relief valve from the 90s and a hose bib which leaked when I attached a garden hose.

I also wanted levers to shut off any part of the system in isolation. He did a beautiful job replacing this with quality copper parts.

He also tested the water pressure and adjusted it to 65 psi so the system was not over-pressurized. Earlier this summer I had a ruptured pipe and a geyser shooting in the air at the spot where the city water connects to my yard irrigation system so I'm happy that it's now at the correct pressure to minimize future issues.

Good job! Our outdoor overflow spout decided to start leaking profusely just a couple of weeks after moving into our new house, so I quickly looked up emergency plumbers on Yelp and am so glad I found Flush King. Chris answered right away and face timed with us so he could see the issue.

We now have a trusted plumber we can call on. Reply to Flush King: Yes, the $149 would be deducted if we ended up using you and yes we could've gotten our own faucet.

Bottom line is, we didn't need to replace the faucet and even with $50 yelp discount your price is still too high. As a customer, we want someone we can trust and we are willing to pay a "fair" price.

If this really is the normal price now for a simple service like this as they claim it to be then we got a bigger issue. Absolutely the best! Definitely recommend for any plumbing needs.

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Rich was professional, knowledgeable, and highly-skilled.

His workmanship was excellent. He took the time to check the psi of water into the home after installing a toilet and found a faulty regulator.

As with most service companies this one too charges outrageous prices to those who are desperate but provides minimal service. I needed my mainline to septic cleared.

Plumber came out for 5 minutes, claimed the blockage was cleared, and then promptly left. An hour later it was blocked again.

All for $300. I need to get into the plumbing racket.

The septic was serviced again two days later and found to be only half full. Sewage did not come shooting out like a geyser, nor was a camera ever used.

He's right on this one. I don't want my money back, I just want people to make informed decisions when they hire a plumber.

Carefully look at the negative reviews. He responds to all of them with a bunch of angry excuses.

This is not a person you want on your premises folks. I had an issue that would have been very expensive.

I messaged "Flush King Plumbing of Scottsdale" and they told me where I had made my mistake and walked me through a couple details until I was finished. This was all free of charge.

And thus, every single one of our toilets, showers, and tubs started backing up on Christmas when we were supposed to host two back to back family parties with over 70 guests expected. Here's where you meet the second best savior of Christmas: Flush King Plumbing.

Full clean out to get us through the couple days. Then a total line replace so we're clear for the foreseeable future.

Thank you Flush King!!! Our water bill spiked $250 higher than norm. So I hopped on yelp to look for someone who could help detect a leak.

Chris replied right away and was able to walk my husband through different steps to see where our problem may be on FaceTime. He was so kind and so smart and we will be using him for all our plumbing projects in the future! Thank you Chris!! Requested an estimate here on Yelp, had a quote back within 10 minutes.

We provided pictures of the water leak and Chris's diagnosis of the problem ended up being spot on. Anyway, about 30 minutes after confirming the job Larry arrived and did a great job getting it fixed.

It was on the mainline into our house, so it was a LOT of work just getting to it. Some new pipe was needed which cost extra but that was fine.

Very impressed from start to finish with Flush King. Note that the other two companies we requested quotes from only responded with "call us".

Ugh what's the point of requesting an online estimate that included pretty detailed pictures of the problem? Chris was great! I had an issue with my garbage disposal and he gave me some tips and I was able to fix it! I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs! 10/10 recommend! Spent nearly $400 to unclog the toilet and have a camera through to the main sewerage line. They came and used the plunger to unclog the toilet.

That lasted 3 days before the toilet became clogged again. There's no guarantees of their work.

They sent pictures of a sewerage line but no description of what I'm seeing. Why they sent a camera through the roof? I have no idea.

Communication with the owner Chris M. was quick, but he wasn't the one who did the work.

I would not use them again. Larry did an amazing job replacing our leaky hose bib.

He was on time and very professional. I would normally do that job myself, but it was all soldered together making it impossible for me to do.

I contacted a different company first who told me there's nothing that they could do and promptly charged me a "required" trip fee, but Flush King was able to figure it out, making it all look better than new. I would highly recommend Flush King for your plumbing needs! The technician showed up on time and wore booties and a mask even though I told him it was not necessary.

He took pictures of the work which I needed because the repairs are at the buyer's request. I would use them again if I were not moving out of state.

The only downside is that to clean up the mess made when he cut out part of the valve he used the squeegee I keep in the steam shower to clean the floor. There now are metal flakes embedded in this squeegee.

It is an old squeegee that needed to be replaced. I didn't notice it until I got into the shower but there were metal particles and some plaster still on the floor.

It would have been better if he had asked for a broom and swept it up while it was still dry because once that stuff gets wet it's difficult to clean up. It's an honest mistake and I probably would have done the same thing if I had done the work myself.

This was a five star service but the only reason I am giving this company a three star review is because of the price. I needed a service immediately so my tenant wouldn't have any backing up or flooding issues due to a clog.

Without knowing the reason for the clog, I went with the first one who could get there to fix my problem. So, am I paying for convenience? That is what it felt like but I could have waited a few hours longer and saved a chunk of change.

I appreciate the service but I don't like the price charged. This one kind of rubbed me it wrong way.

Finding out after the fact that other companies could have done it for half the price is like salt in a wound. I called regarding a leak in my office ceiling a couple days ago.

Chris was able to send someone over same day. Sean (sp?) was very nice, professional, and thorough in investigating the issue.

We called Flush King and Rich was immediately able to diagnose the root cause of our leak based on his years of professional experience. After replacing our shower valve, our leak was solved.

We've since called flush king back for several home repairs, including a toilet rebuild, waterline repair, pressure regulation valve and shut off valve. Extremely happy with the quality of each and every repair.

We were stood up by our first plumber so I searched for a new one on Yelp. Flush King came up as having great reviews - and I see why! Chris, the owner, was quick to get back to me with a price for the services I needed.

I contacted him on Friday and I scheduled service for Monday. (Chris could get someone out to us MUCH sooner, but given that it wasn't an emergency, we scheduled for a few days out.) Our plumber, Tom, was responsive and reliable.

He left our bathrooms spotless after clearing out our shower drains. He was so kind & helpful.

The company was responsive and on time. Had Trident come out to clear a shower drain that was clogged.

They charged me $250, were here for 10 minutes and then 2 weeks later my drain has reclogged. I called Trident and they told me they don't warranty drain cleanings so I would have to schedule another call and pay again, which isn't going to happen.

It took 2 years of living in this home for my drain to clog the first time and only 2 weeks after Trident's service for it to reclog. I've gotten more mileage out of using a bottle of Drain-O for $10 than I did with this plumbing service.

They installed our soft water system a little over 2 years ago and it has worked flawlessly. We called again when having slow drain issues and after a bit of investigation found that tree roots at the very end of the line was causing the problem.

The outside cleanout lines had been covered and thankfully CJ was able to find them and fix our drain issues. We like them so much that knowing our hot water heater was near the end of life we asked them to replace that also.

My mom was scammed out of $3500 (if not more as the plumber SHE hired also charged her $1270... this work was done but the amount charged is debatable as we still don't have any invoices) from this other company.

This other company still hasn't produced any invoices for work supposedly done. My husband contacted Trident, explained what had happened with my mom and had asked if they would ever do work without having an invoice or explaining what work would be done.

They were very thorough in their answers and that they would never conduct business that way. We asked if they would be able to give us a second opinion and they said they would and it would be free of charge.

After charging for a camera I was told my pipe had collapsed. Then he tried using a snake and pulled out roots.

It was fixed for a day then backed up again. Over charged and still had an issue.

After researching numerous plumbing companies on line, I decided to have Trident come out and replace ALL internal components in a toilet. They were extremely responsive, professional, communicative, and the customer service was excellent.

We called Trident Plumbing and they responded right away! Devan was professional, prompt and fixed the issue quickly. He serviced our water heater and helped us solve low water pressure problems. After that, we hired him to install a higher toilet and new faucets in our master.

We finally have hot water coming to our kitchen and master bath sinks after over two years of believing we just had to live with low pressure. He was not the first plumber we hired to address the problem, but he will be our go to plumber from now on.

Early on Monday I had requested a repair on the on a Vaccum Break Siphon for the swimming pool and was given an ppointment for Wed between 2-5. No problem shortly after 2 I recieved a call from the plumber that they were on their way and about 25 minutes away.

Once they arrived I was advised that the price for repair would be 489.00. I asked how this breaks down by parts labor trip charges etc.

and was told that they are an electronic company and all breakdowns would be on the invoice. I made the decision to proceed and probably should have said that without a breakdown I best get a another bid to keep everyone on up and up but I did not.

Work went fine they had to leave for about 45 minutes to pickup a part they needed and when they arrived back they finished the job in a very expedient way. Once completed I wrote out the check and again requested a breakdown on the bill and was told I would get a invoice with all that information.

Next morning invoice arrives via email and it has the 489.00 charge. No breakdown parts labor trip charges etc.

When I called in to request the information again I was told all jobs are handled in this same manner. Also on the Invoice I received there was a statement that said Potential Savings 48.90, and was advised that this is sort of a membership program that future jobs would give me 10% off parts (which are not broken out) no extra service charges on emergency needs ( again without a breakdown how would you know).

The serivce was effecient and very professional in nature, but had I known how this would end I should have gotten another plumber to compare. Devin and Jared, and team, just installed 2 toilets and a tankless water heater in our home.

A more considerate and fair company we have not worked with. We highly recommend them and wish them the best as they continue to build their company.

Trident Plumbing is the BEST. They installed my new faucets in my primary bathroom and replaced my 22 year old water heater.
