Joe, the owner came. He was extremely professional, friendly, on time, and very affordable.

Highly recommend! When I called Joe at Phoenix, he was prompt, affordable and friendly. The response time was amazing! Joe was very thorough to make sure our clogged drains were taken care of and he also showed me what was causing the problem.

I do not recommend Phoenix Plumbing & Drain Service due to the following: It was very upsetting to wait 9 WEEKS for their quoted cost of $5,126.67 which was not the total cost for their services. We were not aware that they would not be installing the tub for our master bath remodel until the receipt of the quote dated 12/12/22.

The tub fixture is 400 lbs. per the specs which they had in their possession since October 2022.

Now after 9 WEEKS I had to find a contractor to do the install for this plumbing/tub fixture and not even a referral from Phoenix Plumbing & Drain Service as to who would do this to assist us knowing our project was starting on 1/9/2023, 4 weeks from 12/12/22! I never thought we would receive this type of service/treatment it would have been better for Joe the owner to say upfront on October 6, 2022, when he came to our home, we are not interested in your project, and we could have had selected another company to replace them by now. We support our local Cave Creek businesses, and I thought I made a great choice, but that was clearly not the case, and for Phoenix Plumbing & Drain Service not to have the common courtesy and professionalism to tell us especially to an existing customer, is more than a disappointment beyond words, I just don't understand their business ethics.

They wasted 9 WEEKS of my time with all of my countless phone calls/follow-up to Cheryl and false promise responses.... we are working on it be patient, I was more than patient! I was able to find a more competent company in Cave Creek with 40 years of experience that responded in 1 day that will do all of the work for one price.

Customer beware of Phoenix Plumbing and Drain Service this could happen to you! As of this posting 12/30/22 no response from Phoenix Plumbing & Drain Service, evidently this customer is not important! Called them on 2/9/24 and scheduled a service appointment for 2/14 10A-12P to relocate/replace 1 or 2 bathroom sink shut off valves for a new vanity install, fix a shower valve, rod a sewer line and possibly install another 2 shut off valves on outside water lines. I received a voicemail on 2/14 at 10:13 AM telling me they're not coming because they received an emergency service call from someone else.

I called and asked how someone's emergency trumps my scheduled appointment and she told me the customer was a long time customer, and she added, a second long time customer called and had an emergency too. I used this company once before a couple years ago to fix two frozen/burst water lines, but I will not be using them again now.

Guess I won't be becoming a long time customer. If you're not a "long time customer" be aware that your appointment might get cancelled for "a long time customer." Sorry to say I don't have recurring plumbing problems to make me a long time customer.

I altered my day to make sure I was here for them and they stuck it up my @$$. I tried to leave this same review on Google and they have somehow locked out new reviews from being written about them - I wonder why - should be a red flag to others.

They asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said no thanks, I'll call someone else. To bad you can only give 5 stars.

This company was called at the last minute but fit me in for service. The technician was super professional, fast and really knew his job well.

We live in a development that was built in the mid 90's and recently our neighbor experienced a disastrous flooding issue due to a water pressure issue. Through this issue we became aware that water line pressure regulators have roughly a 10 year life span.

After checking Yelp for reviews. We had Phoenix Plumbing check ours and it was determined that the pressure was too high and it needed to be replaced.

The experience was top rate! Joe installed the new regulator and a hose bib in about an hour. The process was prompt, clean and very professional.
