The CWS office and field team worked diligently on pulling this together for us. There was no pressure, no "dog and pony show" gimmicky water-testing theatrics, just numbers.
The sales rep gave me all of their pricing and info UP-FRONT, and didn't charge us to come out and/or review our scope of work. For our selection process, we received multiple quotes and found that comparing (3) different manufacturers (apples-to-apples) can be a little tricky, so to keep the playing field level, we asked each company what our house needed as a "baseline," we then asked for secondary pricing options to include additional features that we would like to have.
There's some due-diligence work to be done before selecting a system, so any time you invest here can go a long way when working towards a buy-decision. The CWS proposal was comparable to (2) other reputable companies in our area, including one plumbing contractor and another water softening contractor.
CWS allows for a once-yearly system check-up (if needed) in addition to the standard warranty on their products and workmanship. This would have been an added cost with the others.
I tried to reach out to the very famous (now infamous in my book) water company whose product was currently installed in our house. I found myself on an extended customer service hold, in a queue.
When I finally reached somebody I inquired about a warranty fix or pricing for a new upgraded system. They said it would be a $150 service charge just to come out and look at their own broken equipment, and that there was no warranty or other consideration for an existing system with a new owner.
This out-of-state, out-of-touch customer service rep seemed passively annoyed to be doing their job... but I digress.
If you are reading this "C" company, we ripped out all of your stuff, and we won't be going back. All told we look forward to doing business with a local company who actually has a physical office nearby, and treated us well throughout both the system selection and installation process.

We had complete water systems install a filtration system and a reverse osmosis system as well about 8 months ago. Our osmosis system wasn't seeming to be working just right so I called them to come check it out.
The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and accommodating. I initially thought the filters needed to be replaced early but the person I spoke with said that it was very doubtful the filters were the issue.
So instead of taking my money she offered to have a technician come out. The technician ended up coming out and replacing the tank free of charge because it was still under warranty.

My water softener wouldn't shut itself off. I turned it off manually and I started calling around and made an appointment with this company to come fix it.
I was surprised when they said they could come out right away. Brian arrived on time.
He went outside to check on the softener and said everything is working fine and couldn't replicate the problem. He said there was no need to replace but that the models have come down in cost considerably so wouldn't be nearly the investment if I needed one in the future.
While he was out I was going to have him change my RO whole house systems filters. My RO system is old and the last company that came out broke an expensive piece trying to get the filter off.
Brian suggested testing the water first before changing the filters to make sure the filters actually needed to be changed. He tested the water and it came back fine confirming that the filters didn't need to be replaced.
Brian suggested testing the water again in a few months and replacing when needed. After all this I asked him what I owed him.
He didn't fix anything but spent 45 minutes at my house and I thought surely there'd be a service fee. Nope! He said to give him a call in the future if I needed anything.

He fixed the problem in minutes, educated me on my system (never knew much about it other than add salt when the shower turns scaly!), tested my water, and never tried to sell more. I asked about options, he said he'd be glad to email me with some info.
I was very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend them to anyone who has water softer/RO/filter servicing or purchase needs. We had a water softener installed in December and like everything I do, I like to get at least 3-5 quotes.
I used the user ratings in Yelp and took those who rated the highest. I could not be happier with my decision.
Brian was our service guy and he was so informational when I was getting the quotes and provided me good information that helped me with my decision. In the end they actually were also the most reasonable which was a bonus.

I'm happy to report, they had no issues taking care of it and owned it completely. It was a small drywall infraction who they had their drywall guy come out and fix, who also did a great job.

I used Yelp to reach out to 6 vendors for bids on a water softener installation at a newly constructed house in Cave Creek. CWS gave me a number of options, all carefully explained in writing, and once selected, kept me well informed of the process.
After Brian came out and installed my system, I had to disconnect it in order to have my garage floor coated. I was unable to reconnect it, so he promptly came out again and fixed me up.

I am happy to write this review for Complete Water Systems LLC. I shopped around and found CWS LLC to carry the same systems as others, with the same Clack control head (very important, as this is the brain).
CWS LLC was priced $355 cheaper than the next competitor (installation included in the unit, and no sales tax on the invoice). Price isn't the only reason I recommend these guys.
I wasn't forced to buy a system, or pressured by the guy that showed up (Brian). He simply gave me the low down (which I already knew) and provided a recommendation.
I ended up going with the cabinet style which wasn't offered by the other guys. So a no hassle, no pressure company with very competitive prices, great warranty work, and quick/easy installation.
Do your homework, and don't believe everything you hear on the "Very Refreshing" radio shows! Brian Brown went above and beyond when i just bought a new reverse osmosis system from his company. And he's a great guy to boot.

This is a long-overdue review, but just wanted to give a public thank you to James and his team. Finding out the truth about water softening and purification was no easy task, and there seem to be legions of companies out there that will try to CONvince you to spend many thousands on their high-tech systems to save you from the perils of hard/bad-tasting water.
Don't be fooled, go with a company that will give it to you straight. I met James at the home show (along with about a dozen other water treatment guys).
His initial estimate came in at a fraction of most of the other companies that I spoke with. He was prompt and courteous when he came to my home to give a more precise estimate, and while he offers the more expensive systems, was very honest about what system would best meet my needs (one of the less-expensive systems).
His install team was top-notch. Just great guys with a super work-ethic and attitude.
It has been a few months since my install, and we could not be happier with both the RO and the softener system that they installed. Super price, great products, great support and truly honest.
