K&B wasn't the first place I called but they were the last. The first company quoted me $1300 more than K&B for a hybrid water heater, that won them my business; however it was the tech that I had out that sold me on K&B.

I wanted a hybrid water heater, none were available and wouldn't be for a week or so. Without a word K&B swapped out my old defective unit and replaced it with a temporary unit.

There hadn't been a contract, money, or otherwise exchanged. I didn't expect this, but absolutely appreciated it.

Work was done by by Cactus Valley Plumbing. Our Technician/Plumber Robert was not only exceedingly thorough with his excellent work, he carefully explained each step he would take so that we could understand the process.

He was timely, kept in contact one day when he was delayed slightly , had a great positive attitude and we feel very comfortable by recommending Cactus Valley, and Robert, for any plumbing work you need done. William Freels Joseph Furst Stay AWAY from this firm! They take deposits for a job...

then ghost you! Don't return multiple calls or messages. Don't show up for scheduled appointments and have refused to refund money paid to them as a deposit for a job they never completed.

Absolutely phenomenal work. They were very quick, friendly, and safe (pandemic wise).

I had two toilets replaced and they even took the old ones away for me. I honest cannot think of a thing that they could have done better and have already decided that I will use them on a couple of future plumbing jobs that I have at planned.

This is the second time I hired Cactus Valley Plumbing, for multiple plumbing projects. Their senior plumber, Zach, was terrific.

Advised me on what hardware to buy, and not! Installed everything to perfection: 3 new toilets, 1 FloByMoen, 1 Pressure Valve, 2 faucets. Laundry sink removal and capping.

I tried to cancel, but staff said they can do the estimate by cutting into drywall and see where drip is coming from. Nat (owner) states that the estimate will be free of charge and will not refer to restoration.

Staff show up, did some work but AC drain line continue to leak. Told me after that he was going to charge a service call $150 without prior consent or communication.

Michael (the owner) came out to replace an old hose bib (faucet) that had begun to leak badly. He arrived on time, calling beforehand to let me know he was on his way.

He showed up masked, and even put on booties for the inside work. Replacing the faucet required opening up an interior wall to get at the plumbing.

Access was awkward, requiring either removal of a toilet tank or working underneath a built-in desk. He opened the wall from the desk side (saving me money on parts & labor), working in the cramped space below the desk.

He also installed an access door, which hid the hole nicely and allows future access if needed. The faucet itself is from a US manufacturer, appears well-made, and is easy to turn (which my wife will appreciate).

He did such a great job I asked if he could replace our other outside faucet, and he was able to do that on the same visit, giving us a discount since a second trip wasn't needed. The whole job took him only three hours, and I felt the cost was quite reasonable.

i cant reccomend top notch plumbing enough, its definately top notch knowledge and service. i has a plumbing emergency recently, my toilet began leaking water rapidly, i couldnt shut off the supply line, i called mark on a sunday afternoon, he was able to fit me in the next afternoon, he was able to arrive earlier than anticipaed , the entire toilet had to be replaced, as well as a few other minor compoenents, the entire job took 1.50 hours, bathroom area was cleaned , price i paid was more than reasonable, something ive learned about the plumbing trade is it isnt always about the bottom line , but more about trust and integrity , thats why top notch plumbing is the only plumber i will ever use .

Mark and Conner came to remove my old faucet prior to granite being installed in our kitchen, then came on time, finished quickly and returned the next day to install the new faucet. Very professional, easy to deal with and if I need a plumber they get my 1st and only call!! Now today I needed a plumber, called Mark as I had my water softener leaking in several different hose & pipe connections.

Spoke with Mark, he responded by setting me up within 1 hour of my call. Gavin & Conner showed up, they were excellent repaired and replaced some connections and again were very nice to deal with, work was done in a timely fashion.

Great group of people!! So again I'd say if I need or you need a plumber they should be you only call!! I've used Top Notch plumbing 3 times and most recently for a tankless water heater. Their response time was fast and their install was very clean.

I am once again so pleased with Top Notch Plumbing. I needed to have my water heater drained and the hoses to my washing machine replaced with steel flex.

Gavin came over and did such a fantastic, amazingly fast, and professional job of completing both tasks. This is such a high-quality business.

Great company! From the time I contacted Top Notch until having my issue fixed this group was very professional, quick to respond, and provided some great feedback. I will use them again for any plumbing needs.

Mark and Conner were responsive, professional, friendly, on time, and best of all-fixed our problem! We've been struggling with some gurgling and clogging in our bathroom sinks/shower drain and tried to remedy ourselves only to have the issue come up (literally! gross!) again. Not anymore! Their price was reasonable and fair and we will be using them again if needed for other plumbing issues.

They are "Top Notch!" I chose this company for the positive reviews and feel as though I was completely taken advantage of for my situation (I was home alone while my fiance was at work). The fee they charged for the work completed was INSANE.

This was to replace a shower handle and cartridge and were charged $325 for the plumber to be there for maybe 20 minutes. $100 for the shower handle/cartridge and $225 for TWENTY minutes of labor.

On top of that, the plumber missed the fact that the diverter in the shower that he worked on was not functioning correctly, but failed to notice or mention it. We had other plumbing work done recently (including fixing the broken diverter) that required a much more intensive resolution and was charged literally half the price this company charged us.

I highly recommend checking elsewhere as I feel we were totally ripped off. This is the absolute best company we've ever worked with.

We had a bit of an unusual request for a plumber which was replacing/installing an outdoor submersible sump pump, near the pool. My project started on Yelp - where I found Top Notch and many other plumbers.

Top Notch actually responded via Yelp on the weekend, so by the time Monday rolled around I had estimate appts. already scheduled! He was then even able to schedule the work the following day.

"Top Notch Plumbing", the name says it all. I called to have a second opinion after warranty company plumber failed to help fixing the leak for multiple times.

Mark picked up the phone right away and came to diagnose two hours later which he found the leak shortly after arrival. He fixed the leak a couple of days later and was very honest in his opinion.

Will definitely use them again in the future. Just bought a house about 2 months ago and noticed some water out by the pool.

Didn't think much of it with how much the pool was being used. After a couple days though the puddle got bigger.

Next thing I know my side yard was completely flooded. Got the name of the landscaper who installed the irrigation system from the neighbors and gave him a call.

He came out and said it wasn't the irrigation but instead the pool. I tried calling some pool companies but no one could come out for a couple days.

Then the puddle kept getting bigger and I was like no way is this coming from the pool, I hadn't turned on the pump for two days. I started fearing that it was a slab leak and shut the water off to the house.

I called Top Notch and Mark came out the same day. I explained everything and he went to work.

He started out at the street and was able to isolate the problem. Guess what it was.

Freakin irrigatation supply line! Someone cut into the main supply line before the house shutoff. Mark found the spot he thought was leaking and dug up a 2 ft section down to the irrigation line and there it was.

He made a quick trip to the store for some parts and then fixed the problem. I talked to him while the repair was setting before retesting the system and he was very helpful on giving me some tips and other things to be on the lookout for in the future.

I'll definitely call Top Notch again when I have another plumbing problem. With an older home, it is really nice to have people you can call and make sure the repairs are done right.

Half the responders 'no quoted'. The other half needed to come to property to survey.

Top Notch not only was able to understand scope of work from pictures and text communication, but was also able to be very competitive on price by discussing options i could do to bring down price. What others "no quoted" - TopNotch showed up in a few days and completed what others couldnt in 3 hours.
